This was a replacement for the filter system we installed last year. Arrived quickly and easy to change the filter. I feel much better drinking our tap water and easier than using a canister filter. We installed this after the water dispenser in our refrigerator quit working. much cheaper than replacing the refrigerator.

I’ve been using the Waterdrop RF15 filter and unfortunately my experience hasn’t matched the advertised lifespan. This filter is marketed to last up to 2 years or around 16,000–19,000 gallons depending on the model, but mine needed replacement after only about 10 months of normal household use.What’s especially disappointing is that I have the same under-sink filtration systems on other sinks in my home, all using comparable municipal water sources, and those filters consistently last over two years without any noticeable drop in flow or water quality. That makes this early failure stand out even more.Installation and water taste were both fine initially, and the filter performed well at first. However, the lifespan fell far short of expectations, especially given the manufacturer’s claims. It’s worth noting that actual filter life can vary based on water quality, but in my case the conditions are very similar across multiple systems, so this seems more like a product inconsistency than a water issue.Overall, decent performance while it lasts, but significantly shorter lifespan than expected compared to other filtersReview Update:I wanted to provide an update to my original review. The company reached out and stood behind their product by promptly sending me a replacement filter. I appreciate their responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction. I ordered this whole system last year and it states it’s a 2 year filter. The filter didn’t make it to one year. It clogged up and obstructed water flow. I ordered a new filter(replacement) installed it July 2026. We will see how long this filter lasts. The installation of the system was easy. It does what it says it does and the water tastes great. Other than the filter not lasting 2 years as stated. It’s a good system.

Have used my original Waterdrop filter for about 2 years before finally having to order a replacement. Had some issues with this order, but Waterdrop customer service (Becky!) was awesome and quickly resolved the issue for me. The new filter works great and have had no issues so far. A great addition to the kitchen that's a quick and easy way to get filtered water.

We have this installed under our kitchen sink - it is so easy to replace - just takes seconds. The filtering is effective; I can’t taste the chlorine in our municipal water.

I have been using this system for approximately 3 and a half years and love it. The water tastes clean and usually last about a 1.5 years between filter replacement with regular use between 2 people. We each fill up our water bottles everyday before work which holds about 2 plastic water bottles worth of water to get an idea of volume. Easy to tell when it's coming to the end of it's life. Easy to replace and install yourself.
