Waterdrop RF15-UF Water Filter Replacement for WD-15UA-UF/15UB-UF/15UC-UF

This replacement filter was easy to install and fit my Waterdrop system perfectly. The replacement process was straightforward, and the water tastes noticeably cleaner and fresher. I like that it helps reduce unwanted taste and odor while providing filtered water directly from the sink. A convenient replacement option for regular filter maintenance. Overall, very happy with the quality and performance.

Have been using this filter for years and has always reliably kept my water filtered and tasting great. I've been using this brand for five or six years now. I thought I'd try the UF this time because it had finer filtration. It worked great for four months and then it just stopped. I called customer service had an excellent conversation with the technician and they immediately shipped me out a new replacement. I'm very happy with this company. I ordered this whole system last year and it states it’s a 2 year filter. The filter didn’t make it to one year. It clogged up and obstructed water flow. I ordered a new filter(replacement) installed it July 2026. We will see how long this filter lasts. The installation of the system was easy. It does what it says it does and the water tastes great. Other than the filter not lasting 2 years as stated. It’s a good system.

I love my Waterdrop filter, and that a filter last approximately 1 year. Switching to a new filter is pretty simple. And of course, I love knowing my faucet water is filtered for drinking, cooking, etc.

The first kit I purchased worked flawlessly for over a year. I ordered a replacement cartridge about a year and four months later and ran into a minor issue. I reached out to customer support and was pleasantly surprised by how responsive, helpful, and alive their service team is. ​Kimberly from support completely resolved all my concerns, and I continue to enjoy using the product. Even if you run into any issues, you can be confident their support team will take care of it. Highly recommended!

I’ve been using the Waterdrop RF15 filter and unfortunately my experience hasn’t matched the advertised lifespan. This filter is marketed to last up to 2 years or around 16,000–19,000 gallons depending on the model, but mine needed replacement after only about 10 months of normal household use. What’s especially disappointing is that I have the same under-sink filtration systems on other sinks in my home, all using comparable municipal water sources, and those filters consistently last over two years without any noticeable drop in flow or water quality. That makes this early failure stand out even more. Installation and water taste were both fine initially, and the filter performed well at first. However, the lifespan fell far short of expectations, especially given the manufacturer’s claims. It’s worth noting that actual filter life can vary based on water quality, but in my case the conditions are very similar across multiple systems, so this seems more like a product inconsistency than a water issue. Overall, decent performance while it lasts, but significantly shorter lifespan than expected compared to other filters Review Update: I wanted to provide an update to my original review. I have been using Waterdrop filters for several years. The system was incredibly easy to install under my sink and I now have worry free access to filtered drinking water. Recently however, I started having issues where the water would suddenly stop flowing. I contacted Waterdrop support and Owen responded promptly to help me troubleshoot the issue. Eventually, it was determined that the filter was at fault well before its intended lifespan. A couple days later Owen sent me a replacement filter and the issue was fully resolved. Waterdrop makes good products but what really makes them great is the level of support they provide when unepxected issues occur. I am looking forward to continuing to be a Waterdrop customer.
