I found it easy to adjust the screws to hold my laptop. It is sturdy. Will recommend to others.

It works great and is adjustable very easily. I used it to hold a laptop and tablet for months on the edge of my desk without any tips/tumbles. It feels kind of flimsy by itself, but is actually just fine. My initial concern was that it would become loose over time where I had set it, but that was not an issue. It also is not super aesthetically pleasing, but it certainly gets the job done!

I use it to cradle my personal laptop. The laptop holder is a great space-saving tool for the desk. Adjustable Width for laptop width with thickness from 0.55 inch to 1.69 inches. It was difficult to put together. An Allen wrench was included but I couldn't use. It was too small for my large hands (6'6" 280lbs man) to manipulate. I needed my own tool kit with a magnetic head for putting together. Having the magnetic head made it so I could hold the sliders in place while I screwed them in place or else it would be a 2 person job. I thought that it would be pre-assembled but just adjustable. The stand is made of a plastic/silicone material, lighter weight but has strong stability, which can effectively prevent your laptop from falling down. I love that fact that I have my laptop fan exposed for easier air flow. The base has little rubber feet so it will not slide around. It is an OK value at 12.59.

This little gadget has been so helpful in getting my little space organized. I have 2 big monitors, my work laptop, my personal laptop and my iPad. While i work my laptop and iPad get put aside neatly with this stand. When I am not working the work laptop gets stored on this stand. Perfect solution for me and it takes almost no space. It looks so nice.

So here’s the deal: the product looks great out of the box. Sleek, compact, probably smarter than I am. But what no one tells you is that in order to assemble (or reassemble) it, you basically need to have the dexterity of a squirrel on Adderall and the precision of a NASA engineer. I’m talking tiny screws — like, “Oops, I breathed and now it’s gone forever” tiny. You will need a micro Phillips screwdriver, a steady hand, and possibly a prayer circle. This is not a job for your average human fingers. This is a job for a jeweler elf. Once you manage to wrangle the microscopic screws and reassemble it (assuming you didn’t lose three of them to the carpet void), it does work well. Just know that every future adjustment will cost you 30 minutes, your sanity, and possibly your last shred of dignity. Would I recommend it? Sure — if you have surgical tools, a magnifying glass, and inner peace.

I seen the pictures but was not aware that it was plastic or that you had to put it together. I put it together to use for my wife's HP Mini desktop for her work. I have several other aluminum stand for laptops and love them. I saw this one for $10 and I thought, man that is a good deal. When it arrived it was in a slim flat pack and I thought they sent something else. After putting it together and setting her up, it worked out well. It was easy to put together and easy to adjust, just like its aluminum counterparts. And it seems to be just as sturdy holding her mini desktop. .

There are no mysteries here. You want a laptop stand? A tablet stand? A bit of both? Well this is that. Some assembly required, but you get an Allen key to add to the heap you probably already have from things you've bought. So don't order any Allen Keys with this. Unless you need a different size. Then yeah, probably. I don't know what size the Allen key is. Ok, so you build the stand, three parts, four screws and done. Whilst doing so you can adjust the size of the gap a little so accommodate your specific device. I put my 16" laptop in the stand and it sure did stand there. My wife put her 16" gaming laptop in the pink version of the stand and it also stood. No worries about stability. Computer, just standing around. Little rubber feet keep it for sliding around. This is what I wanted, therefore 5 stars. There also a little space on both sides to stand other stuff. I have so far stood my phone (normal phone size), a tablet (medium tablet size), a kindle (normal kindle size), a portable monitor (16") and a book (roughly book-sized). Successes all. So you can just stand all sorts of things! Warning: I only stood two of the above mentioned items at a time and they were leaning on the laptop. Measure your expectations.

Kind of working, but low quality: light, the usage of screws are not convenient. Updated: the vendor contacted me on time and tried their best to make a customer happy. I think it is a trustable seller and would like to add stars. Just remember it is made from plastic and light.

I'm using this to keep my laptop cool under my desk as I don't have room on my desk top to keep it. The unit itself works, however I find it a bit loose and not sturdy since it's made of plastic. But once you get the screws tightened it works fine as long as you don't move it. Overall it's not bad for the price, but if you want something super sturdy, I would look for a metal option with a different method to tighten it.
