Works great
The Jeremywell Roller Chain Tools Kit made removing a link from the #41 roller chain on my slide gate easy. I didn't have a need for the puller on this project, but the breaker gripped the chain firmly and pushed the link pin out with little effort. This tool definitely saved time by doing the job right. Good quality for the occasional DIY project at a reasonable price.

It really works
It worked on My 750 Honda Shadow chain . Recommend this over any of the other ones.

used properly - it's a great tool
Works great - is well made and strong. I think many reviewers use this wrong and thus end up with a broken tool - I see posts complaining about it not pushing the chain pins all the way out - it's not supposed to! If you try to do that it will break the push pin on the tool. It's meant to grip one side of the chain and push a chain pin just free of one outer side plate; then move to the other pin in that link and push it free too - this will free the outer plate and allow the link (opposite side plate with 2 pins) to slide free out the other side. Easy-peasy, and it didn't take much strength at all on a #40 chain. I fumbled a bit at first trying to hold everything and get it lines up, but it got easier after a couple tries.

very helpful
oil is too slippery so I needed this to hold the chain together, stroke caused my left hand to stop working so THANK YOU for making this available.

A functional, light duty chain breaker
Works OK for light, infrequent use. Main body seems to be sturdy. The anvil is a weak point - it's not hardened and distorts after a few uses. A replacement anvil is included. The originally installed anvil lasted about 5 chain links (both sides) before it became too rounded to stay on the pin. (I used this for an 8mm pitch light duty chain. Perhaps it would work better with a chain with larger pins.)

Works well and isnt a one time use.
Pops out the link no problem, and the tightener holds the links properly.
