Phone works great just make sure you put the sim card in first before complaining about the carrier
This phone came and was absolutely fine. To all the ones that said that it was another phone service, when I turned the phone on it said that it was Verizon but when I got home I put in my sim card from my other phone and it restarted and pulled up the t-mobile logo immediately. The phone works great and the only thing about it is that it seems to lose battery a little faster than I would like. But other than that great product and thank you for being so speedy with the delivery! The fingerprint reader works fine as does the facial recognition. One complaint I do have is that the s pen that came with it does not want to connect to the phone and I suspect is not the one that came with it

Recently purchased so this is first impressions only
Battery life is good. Touch sensitivity on default works for me. Fingerprint setup was quick and easy. Phone looks brand new.

Great product
This was an amazing deal. The phone had a real minor little scratch. But you have to look really close. The phone works perfect, no problem at all.

Buyer beware: Cosmetics aren't everything/Sketchy return practices
My renewed Note 9 was excellent cosmetically; in fact I believe it had a brand new screen. All functions worked, but reception was horrible. Constantly dropped calls. Showed only one or two bars in the same location where others with the same model phone were getting four or five. So I returned it and bought a brand-new unit for $110 more (the deal included an actual Samsung fast-charge wireless charging pad as well). The new unit works as expected. I dropped off the return on 9 Aug 2021. Normally, I get an instant response from Amazon when I drop off an item at a UPS store. Sometimes my credit is instantly applied, sometimes not. I didn't receive any such a message in this case. So I waited four days and finally checked my UPS tracking number. The item was delivered to the seller (ALFONS, in Brooklyn, NY) on 11 Aug 2021. It is 13 Aug 2021, and I am waiting for any sort of acknowledgement. I've used the "contact seller" function within Amazon; we'll see what happens. Buyer beware.

La unica observacion es que el S-Pen llego dañado.. el telefono no lo reconoce..! pero de resto el telefono esta en perfectas condiciones. Saludos y Muchas gracias
