Label maker has been working just fine since we bought it. I am happy with my purchase.

Its not like the old version but this always errors out. not worth the trouble.

I have deployed over 25 of these recently. They can be very frustrating to set up. The touch interface is slow or unresponsive. It's clear that the chip handling the touchscreen is under powered. Sometimes you poke the screen three times and nothing happens.Going through the network wizard is unreliable without saving, pinging, rebooting, then waiting 30 minutes, then saving, pinging and rebooting again to make certain your settings are actually saved and applied. The amount of time I have lost setting up the network and walking away only to find out none of my changes even happened is quiet frustrating.Luckily after you have dealt with all of this set up and have given time to confirm the setting are holding the mechanicals of the printer are excellent. If the onboard software and touch interface were less buggy, I would give this five stars.

We ran into a shipping error on my order... so I contacted the distributor directly. MIKE - was amazing, he figured out what happened in an instant, and had everything fixed in coordinated within 24 hours. It's hard to find companies that will follow up with problems when you order via AMAZON... But let me tell you, MIKE went above and beyond. I feel like a have a new friend. As far as the product goes, it is exactly what I ordered and works perfectly. I highly recommend this distributor.

Setup was easy on a Mac and once I tweaked the settings, I can print 100 Amazon labels in less than a minute. It's really good and super clear. The only thing I don't like is if you set it to roll labels back onto a roller, they are hard to get off the roller. I think there must be a trick to it. Overall, I am really happy

Absolute Garbage!I don't own this printer, instead I'm hired to repair them. Every location I know of that has these are having problems. If adjusted JUST RIGHT, they might go a week or two without issues. They are extremely fragile and need constant maintenance. Zebra usually makes awesome stuff but this model is garbage. Only get it if your IT requires it. If you have a choice, please pick something else.
