Vegetology MultiVit Vegan Multivitamins

I work as a nurse at an obesity medicine clinic and sometimes get asked to recommend a Vitamin for daily use. I always recommend Vegetology because it does not add animal products, it has 2 months supply for a reasonable price where most have 1 months supply for a comparable price. They have a small easily storable bottle that is easy to open and close. They have some of the best Vitamin and Mineral counts as good as any of the overpriced flashy Vitamin brands that promote themselves as exotic. I also like that they come from the UK and are not made in North America where food laws are more permissive. I can't think of a better Vitamin for working class people who want good nutrition at a reasonable price. The only daily Vitamin that I recommend period. I found this vitamin using an AI to narrow down my criteria for a Vitamin that had the exact qualities I was looking for and this is the one I found. Its the one I use for my own daily personal use.

These vitamins are very easy to take. They’re an easy pill to swallow. They don’t have a gross scent and they’re smaller capsules. This multivitamin is packed full with all good things and ingredients. I really appreciate that for me I have been able to just take it with some milk in the morning and don’t have to eat with it to tolerate the pill well. The vitamin doesn’t make me feel nauseous or have acid reflux or anything unlike some other multivitamins I have tried in the past. It’s hard to tell if certain vitamins a re doing what they claim with out before and after lab work but, all in all so far I am pretty happy with this multi vitamin. I appreciate that it’s easy to take with no adverse side effect for my body and I also like all the ingredients in this vitamin. **I would show a photo of ingredients but Amazon placed a label over the ingredients so some of the ingredients aren’t visible. If you want the full ingredient list it’s best to either research the vitamin or refer to the amazon listing for this particular vitamin.

So, for the price, it feels like a decent vegan vitamin supplement. Just that the smell of the tablet can be overwhelming. However, if you just remember that this is medicine, it will be fine.

I was so excited to try Vegetology Vegan Multivitamin! I was impressed that it contains 26 vitamin & mineral supplements, and is vegan. I try to remember to take a multivitamin every morning with breakfast, to try to start the day off on the right foot. 🌅 My goal is to try to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and this awesome vegan multivitamin helps do that in a cruelty free way, which is a plus! 😎 I also like that they're non-gmo. Having the proper nutrients in your diet can help your metabolism, immune system, and overall health. If you find yourself restricting certain foods for ethical or sensitivity reasons, a vegan multivitamin can be a really helpful tool for general wellness. The label says this vitamin should be safe for most people. It does have a bitter vitamin smell to it, kind of like alfalfa or the smell of bunny rabbit or guinea pig food maybe? 🐇 🐰 Always consult your doctor to make sure it is the right choice for you. 😊

I buy direct (FYI) but putting this out there for anyone who needs it. I'm on month 3. Nails were first improvement- strong and bright. Hair was next- baby hairs everywhere and seldom losing by month 3. Also helped my body become regular. I appreciate that these contain normal levels of everything. It's so tough to find a multivitamin that contains everything you need without whopping doses of B vitamins etc. I can add extra vitamin D in winter or B12 when preferred and the price point allows me to splurge on other things.

This is a great comprehensive vitamin that has a lot of nice bonuses. It includes superfoods like green tea, reservatrol, as well as pumpkin seed extract which I’ve been meaning to start supplementing with anyway so I’m happy about that. It contains copper, selenium, and a fully comprehensive B complex, which many multivitamins don’t. The tablet itself is small and flatter than most multivitamins so it’s very easy to take, and it’s only one a day. I’ve included photos and videos of the ingredients list as there aren’t any on the product page and the product arrives with an Amazon sticker covering it so it’s hard to see. Hope it helps!

This is a well thought out multivitamin supplement that has some good superfoods in it along with some decent quantities of vitamins and minerals. The front label indicates that this formula is Vegan and approved by the Vegetarian Society. So it could work for people on those diets as well. I would rather this formula did not have the anticaking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in it or the maltodextrin and corn starch in the Vitamin A. Some people could have issues with them. Also there could be a little caffeine in this mutlivitamin from the green tea. The tablets themselves are smaller in size and have a slight smell of greens. They swallow with no problem and seem to take effect fairly quickly. I got one of the tablets wet and found that the light coating over it melted away faster than some of my other supplements did. I think that may help get the nutrients into the body faster rather than if the coating wore off in the intestines. The bottle contains a two month supply at one tablet a day. To me that makes the price really reasonable. I have been taking this multivitamin each day for a few days now and I do not get hungry faster like I do with some vitamins. I do not get a messed up tummy either. I have not noticed too much else except that I feel better in general. But it’s usually that way with a multivitamin. It begins to get things working properly in your body and you start feeling better and as time goes by you become more energetic. I think this is a pretty good multivitamin that would make a great addition to anyone’s diet.
