Initially, I doubted if this product would work to alleviate the excruciating throbbing pain I was experiencing in the bottom right side of my molars. I read another review that they were waiting until their dental insurance kicked in to cover their root canal. Well, that was my situation in which I expected to endure the pain until my waiting period expired, which was a couple more months. Don’t get me started on how much the US healthcare system is so messed up. Anyway, I was going to try anything. While waiting for this product to arrive, I used Orajel, a tattoo numbing cream, and high doses of ibuprofen. These temporary fixes worked briefly but wore out after an hour or less. Then, I would be back to the throbbing pain again. Well, my package arrived on a Tuesday, and I decided to wait until the next day to start taking this remedy. Since I was going to take this orally, I figured it would not be effective immediately, and it would take several days to get in my system if it even worked at all to alleviate my toothache. Wednesday came, and I took the recommended five pellets in the morning, the second set at 3 pm, and a 3rd set before bedtime. I had already weaned off using the tattoo numbing cream but still used Orajel and took ibuprofen before bedtime. Surprisingly, the throbbing subsided by morning (Thursday). I still take ibuprofen but weaned off the Orajel. I increased the BestMade product to 4x a day with ibuprofen. I 100% at this point believe that this BestMade product works for toothaches. It took effect after one day of ridding the throbbing pain I had. You should start taking this product as soon as you get it, no matter the time of day. Just get it in your system. This product is still a temporary fix for me as I still need a root canal, and I cannot bite down hard on the right side of my mouth. I am very happy that the throbbing pain is at least manageable with this remedy. This BestMade Natural Products Toothache & Nerve Support in Jaw is a miracle product. Go figure?!

This Product Really Helped my gums & teeth before & after mager dentist procedure. I was taking allot of over the counter medicine's for pain through weeks. I would highly Recommend this to anyone struggling w/ teeth or irritated pain issues & have found no or bare minimum relief... It calms the nerves inside the gums & The amount of pills is allot, tiny but mighty. I am still using it & will continue. Plus there are No chemicals or harsh reactions to it; not in my case at all anyway. I'm thankful I purchased, price was decent as well.

I bought this when I was waiting to get to my dentist. This product is NOT for people with extremely broken teeth, exposed nerves, dry socket, etc. This probably would be ok for those with just a little pain, but not if you have a paradontal disease that breaks your teeth down to the gum and you have exposed nerves. I did exactly what other reviewers said to do. These little pills caused me so much more pain, I was in tears and tried to wash out the taste too! It was horrible, and the pain from these things, hurt so bad, it lasted longer than the actual pain I was having every once in a while. Thankfully, I've been getting my teeth pulled and soon I'm being fitted for my dentures. I DON'T RECOMMEND THESE IF YOU HAVE EXTREME PAIN! PLEASE BE WARNED! I have advice for those who are in pain, take something for inflammation (like Aleve ), and use a warm green tea baggy on the painful places in your mouth. Best remedy I've used so far..

I’m not sure my husband gave these a good run. Too many people got relief from these to say that my husband didn’t would be unfair to a great product. The science is behind it and too many people get relief for it to be a placebo effect on everyone. So I’d recommend giving this a good try. It’s not something you can take once to get relief and you must be taking it regularly or the inflammation and pain will return. I’m really sad these didn’t work for him, I had high hopes. You don’t get 3 bottles like the picture leads you to believe and the bottle is super tiny. If you know what teething tablets for babies are that is very very similar to what you get here just a different recipe.

I don't usually do reviews but this product is a must. I have moderate tooth pain caused by food sometimes or just happens in general and I was a little skeptical about if it would work or not and boy was I wrong... THIS PRODUCT IS AMAZING. Now I would assume its different for everyone on how fast it works but In general I feel literally almost instant relief in under 5 minutes. I would say my tooth pain can get as high as a 9/10 at times but this knocks that down to a zero as if the pain never happened. I am waiting currently for my dentist to get more open for procedures so having this while I wait is EXTREMELY helpful. I use to take 3-4 ibuprofens every time my tooth would start to hurt and it would take almost 30 minutes to affect me. If you got tooth pain you know how being in pain for so long like that SUCKS. this product works so fast and its literally what I was looking for. I take about 3-4 pills every 4 hours even if my tooth doesn't hurt and honestly it helps prevent the tooth aches from even happening. Like im seriously so happy I found this product its seriously like I have my life back before my Teeth problems. And i love how natural of a remedy it is unlike ibuprofen. taking a lot of that sure can have effect on your liver if you take too much especially If its something you've been doing for months. So coming to this product which is a more natual remedy gives me peace of mind. If this product was $250+ I would still buy it I like it that much. But I wont ramble on any more I just want to say at the end of the day this is a LIFE AND PAIN SAVER. and its worth every penny ! Oh and I also like that the pills are really small and dissolve fast with no nasty medicine taste either. 15/10 product Honestly

I got this for tooth and gum nerve pain, it works on the nerves, but its not that powerful and works for such a short time on my condition that its not worth a re purchase, but if you think you might have a need with your pain, Its worth a try to see if you might get some relief
