Used for moxibustion to flip breach baby. She did not flip for me but definitely felt her moving ALOT when I did them! Believe it could work!

Flimsy package box but it arrived in perfect shape. I'm submitting my review for the moxa sticks, not the packaging.Sticks burn evenly, slowly and with a mild, modest smell. Smoke is unavoidable but not intolerable, at least for me. Cuts to size as needed with a sharp edge blade.

My Chinese neighbor introduced me to these. She is the one who lit and held one of the sticks so the smoke and heat could penetrate the back of my neck and shoulder area. I have no idea who they work, but they do. I keep them on hand now, just in case I need them for an ache or pain.

these things will stink up a three story house with a strong cigarette smoke smell, with the windows open....but appear to have a therapeutic effect. probably best to use outside unless you are used to a house full of smokers.

Good quality of moxa herbs content.

It is exactly what my mom wants, I'm glad I can find it at Amazon.
