This is very easy, easy to read and follow. I bought two box's and that's what it took for a family of 6 but worth every penny, buying again

Personally, when making these, I sprayed oil onto my hands every time I wanted to roll up a ball to then make a hole in it. The toughest part was inserting a tablespoon of the filling because I could barely get half a tbsp without it falling all over the place lol at the end, the flavor was worth it though

Follow the recipe and then liberally flour your surface with rice flour to roll and shape the dough balls. To fry this on the pan you'll need a lot of oil. It's what makes these so delicious. I don't think it mentions how much oil you need but I just about 3-4 tbs.

For those who don't know what Stuffed Pancake is, it's kind of like crispier version of American pancakes with honey/jam and nuts inside. And, it's sooooo good!I have to say it again, IT IS DELICIOUS!!!!!! and great for kids :) they loved making them, cooking them, and eating them! I am definitely buying this again like rn...
