I have had this for a while now and this is a very good quality, heavy weight product. I’m extremely happy with this product, it works wonderfully. My family purchases blocks of cheese and this thing keeps up , it can with an extra wire and I haven’t had to swap it out yet.

Husband loves it! Very sturdy cutting device. Can adjust cutting wire for different cheeses and thickness of slices. Replacement wires are a plus.

Quality utensile easy to adjust. Good thing it came with extra wire. One broke. Tried to slice cheese that was a little too thick and a little too hard. Easy to clean. Good value

In a world of low quality cheaply built products, this cheese slicer offers a pleasant surprise. I was impressed by the high quality look, feel and performance of this slicer. It appears to be made of polished stainless steel. It has a little heft to it that adds to the high quality feel. Comes with a replacement cutting wire also if needed. I have been using this several times a week since receiving it and again couldn’t be happier with it’s performance. Clean up is quick and easy. I bought a hand crank cheese slicer in the same order and have used it once. The crank slicer works okay but definitely more cumbersome and cleanup was time consuming for just slicing one block up or making a sandwich. This compact simple stainless slicer is much handier and more adjustable for desired slice thickness.

While it worked great for over a year, until the wire broke and I found it almost impossible to replace the wire that came with it. After fighting and trying to figure it out, I did see someone's review suggesting how it could be replaced. I eventually was able to get one of the replacement wires to attach. Hopefully, it may last another year and a half. Then I will probably buy a new one and not mess with the wire replacement.

IIt feels solid in my hand ans performs great. it seems very well made.

Very sturdy and easy to use. cut quality is excellent. Dishwasher safe. great value for money.
