I'm a 5'6 125 lb female and the 170 size is a perfect fit. I was afraid the sleeves might be too short but they are more than long enough. It is close fitting but not tight, perfect for layering over. Shirt is SO comfortable and warm. I was afraid it was going to be thicker but it is perfect.
