The Savana and Express Rack!
Each rack rail is about a 1/4 inch thick wall Square extruded aluminum tube, telescopes from inside a larger same piece for width adjustment which is butt 1/4 inch full weld (Painted welds but, Fair with No Skips, stops are blended and no pockets that I can see) to 1/4 inch thick Bell profile cut plate for rain gutter stand off with gutter clamp included and Nicely painted with a fairly thick coat of White paint. I chose this rack because of this and Chevy TUFF approximate 1/4 inch thick material which seems to be regular 6061-T6 Aircraft Aluminum AND Aluminum will NOT leave rust marks on My Vehicle as Metal racks do.Quest for a nice way to Attach solar panels, remove and re-attach complete! No more dead Battery, just wait for it, waaaaaaait for it and no more towing bills because of dead battery!I bolted two 100 Watt Solar Panels to the racks, side by side fit perfect with about a 1/2 inch between to spare, works great and the two racks fit My 2000 Savana (Next My Express) like they were made for it, with plenty of space between the roof top and the Rack bottom! Sorry, all you light weight Sprinter, Mini and Foreign Vans but, this heavy duty rack is for heavy duty Made in the USA Savana and Express Vans IMHO!Anything else on top of a Savana or Express would look weird!

Made in China
To assemble this fast and not waste an hour using a open end box wrench get a ratcheting box wrench 1/2 or 16mm inch size. I have a 2001 ford ecnoline extended and had to drill out the center adjustment bar was still about 1 inch short of making it level. With another helper it was very easy to mark and drill out new holes with a 5/16 bit. Overall its okay rack but if you are not mechanically inclined this is not for you.

On a E350 its not very sturdy
I'm going to have someone weld on additional support pieces to get the result I'm looking for. May be best to just go to a professional installer instead

High Quality Ladder Rack
Overall, I am very pleased with this ladder rack. We are a commercial sign company and use a variety of ladders to do installations. Installing the ladder rack on our Chevy cargo van was fairly straight forward. The only challenge was adjusting the 3 racks to sit level so the ladders lay flat on the racks and not rock front to back. We especially like the ladder stops and extra tie-down hooks that give more options for safely securing the ladders to the rack.

Easy Install you may want to just go ahead and head to hardware store and buy American bolts, had trouble with three of three the bolts.

Is NOT universal
I would have had no issues if they had only fit my 2015 GMC Savana like they were supposed to. I did receive a full refund plus shipping and that was good of the company

Come on?
The racks may work for some vans but my 2017 gmc cargo van had issues with it. When I installed the front and back racks it went smoothly but when I installed center rack It was to high even with adjustment completely down. It was rather frustrating, I ended up moving the center rack to the back and extended it all the way up. It still was about 1/4 inch off.
