Assembly took awhile. Drawings did not always match the actual legs. Some pictures had the legs in the middle and some had them near the back. Mine had them near the back. Take time assembling it as it is easy to mix up parts. The assembly guide is TINY. With no words for the most part. The labels telling you which screws and washers to use are very hard to see, I had to use a magnifying glass which has a small circle on the glass that is a very high power magnifier.I have used the desk for about 4 weeks. It is great. Goes very high. Movement is smooth and very quit. I find when I need to get to my power strips or computer connections on on back of the tower I do not have to get down and shimmy under the desk. I just set it to the max height, duck my head and roll my chair under the desk. Very handy and easy for an old guy like me. The bamboo top is beautiful.

This large desk has all the space i need for my work and my side job with two computers, a laptop, 3 monitors, mic & desk mount boom, and some misc hardware (keyboards, mice, headsets, etc).i'm 5'10 and when i bring the desk up to stand for a while, it is noticeably not as sturdy as my wife's stand up desk by a larger (starts with Jar-xxx) company. This desk being half the price, I did expect some lesser quality or functions.Aside from the seemingly ease of rocking the desk back and forth, overall, this desk is great. Instructions weren't too bad.I will say, the box is HEAVY. and I think UPS was just sick of carrying it around and so it looks like they dragged this box from the moment they picked it up, till they left it on my doorstep. otherwise, it was shipped to our house by way of eastern Europe, South America, the south pole, and then to Greenland before making it's way to the US. (I actually hit up UPS on Twitter which they responded, and we spoke about the horrible state the box arrived).Thankfully all the hardware was in there, and no damage to the wooden top, or legs of the desk. So Kudos to the mfr for their packaging process.

The media could not be loaded. I spent weeks hesitating whether or not to spent an extra few hundred bucks on a desk and I am so glad I did. This desk is awesome and I will not have to upgrade any time soon. All the items was smooth and items arrived in a week (NY) and undamaged in 2 packages (one desktop and the other frame). The bamboo top is very smooth and soft, solid and sturdy, really outstanding quality, it does far exceed my expectation, a surprising plus for the desk. Assembly is not difficult, takes me less than an hour. The off-white base looks snazzy with the bamboo top. The memory features are more useful than you’d expect, I feel it’s the soul. You just need one press and the desk will do it by itself, otherwise you need to hold your finger on the up or down button. Having used this desk for a few days , it works great so far, stable and no wobbling at all. For price, this is one of the best values out there. Comparing with those expensive brands in office stores, this is much better quality!

I never wrote a review on here before so this is my first one. I purchased this desk back in 2021 and I’ve been using this desk almost everyday since. I’ve moved multiple times and I’ve stood on it to put up stuff, and it has been steady and works perfectly still. It is such a long standing desk that I can fit my two very big monitors and still has space to spare. For this price, the wood pattern might not be perfect on the edges but I honestly can’t tell and don’t really mind.I highly recommend anyone buying this standing desk for the price and size!!!

Everything in one box not two like the older reviews. Box is over 120 pounds so plan ahead for delivery and installation. Mine was delivered by two guys on a freight truck, and since this is a six foot plus long box I made room in the driveway ahead of time. All of the metal components of the desk are heavy gauge steel, powder coated and holes deburred. Bamboo desk top has the minor character features that come with a real wood surface on the edging. The cable access holes are also edged internally with bamboo matching the outside edging of the desk. I am not familiar with bamboo construction so I don't know if the edging is decorative, for reinforcement, or both. The top and bottom of the desk are finished smooth enough that you can't feel any edges. The desktop piece is light enough that I think it's solid bamboo.Assembly was straightforward with some minor challenges. Instructions are the standard Chinese-->English translations so you have to think about what they are trying to get across. Not every part orientation is explicitly called out so you need to look at the pictures to make sure that you are putting it together correctly. About half of the threaded inserts in the desk top were set too deep to accept the M6x10 screws called out for them. This was solved by swapping in the longer M6x16 screws from other parts of the desk where needed. If you need to use this workaround ensure that the x10 screws you are putting back in place of the x16 screws are long enough to thread in and secure. Two of the provided Phillips screws were bad but since 8 plus an additional spare were included and you only need 2, not a big deal. All of the M6 screws were good. The cable access grommets are a solid ring so they will need to be cut in order to install cables. Again not a big deal. A bag of 1x each spare hardware was included in case you lose one. Plenty of cable tie downs were included for wire management.No operation instructions or error codes were included with the desk, just assembly instructions. Basic operation is self-explanatory but you might want a copy of the error codes in case something happens in the future. There are also some hidden features accessed by key combinations. The desk comes set to metric (centimeters). If you want the readout in inches you need to press a key combination. There is another key combination to lock or unlock the desk - useful if kids are around. The seller provided the error codes and advanced instructions to me quickly after I asked, even before the desk was delivered.So far after an hour of use, I am satisfied. I will update the review if anything new comes to light.

The media could not be loaded. Since pandemic stated, I've been looking for a motorized standing desk for ages, there're plenty of choices in the market right now. But everyone of them couldn't beat the price of this one.I've nitpicked every parts, every functions from other company's standing desk, I even tried to listen the noise of motor rising the desk up and comparing them the different. I been through tons of reviews as much as I could find on the internet. I even took a look at their company profile before making an order, I found them on a chinese marketplace website the company called "Hangzhou Zhuchuang Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd.". Surprisingly, they actually are a large manufacturer specialize in Bamboo products! I wonder how many brand in the market order an OEM product from them, there you go, you can buy it from the source, with cheaper price in the same quality.The legs:It's very strong, it's heavy, real-deal steel, every parts arrived in perfect shape.The top:Mine is 72" Rectangle, the touch surface is smooth, no dent, no chip, very precise pre-drilled holes (so easy to put the bolts on). It's a little bit heavy that its looks. -- I strongly recommend, if you're looking for 60" please consider go with Thicker option. I hope I could get a thicker one for 72" options.The motor:It's unbelievable quiet on both up and down and so smooth, it's been 3 weeks using it, I had no issue once.The controller:To be honest, this one is actually my first impression after I open the box, the control panel is touch screen, controlling it is in the sweet spot of touch, not too sensitive, not too hard to control. There's 4-memory height to save, some brand in the market gives you 2 or 3 memories -- believe me, you'd better have more to spare than lack of it, for me, I use it all!The downsides:- I wish they would pack the carton box more secure, to make this perfect, just plastic wrapping the whole box, and finish with plastic straps (polypropylene strapping). Mine, when it arrived, the box comes with some damages on the outside, but luckily, the desk itself has not been damaged.- It's questionable that the motor has anti-collision function or not, I've tried myself, it DID STOP when touching to my stool but it's not automatically rising up as the others that advertise this function. However, for the price that CA$400 cheaper than others in the market, and I'd never use this function anyway. There's nothing to complain about.- The top is real bamboo, you still can feel the bamboo wooden line (or a wooden groove) when you fondle with it. If you are a perfectionist/OCD like me, you might get a little bit anxious at first but after a few weeks has passed, I am use to it already.Conclusions:If you looking for a motorized standing desk with a bamboo top, JUST BUT IT, I've been through a lot of thought process before buying this. THIS IS THE ONE, a great long term investment for me. This desk is BY FAR, THE BEST VALUE out there!

Ordered ZHU CHUANG Electric Height Adjustable Desk Standing Desk Home Office Desk Dual Motor Natural Color 100% Solid Bamboo (White, 42" Rectangle) in 2021.This desk is equipped with a cheap electronic controller, which is malfunctioned over a year regular use ( not used everyday, once a week or so) . I tried to replace with a new controller, its own brand does not have the parts. So have to order from other brands. But it was discovered after installing, that the power output from the desk power box does not match the parts , it is not replaceable! So have to return the part!Tried to contact to the seller, no response from them at all. The seller has no customer service to support the product sold!Very disappointed with the product!

Cons: Instructions for assembly are tiny, of poor quality with insufficient details. I had to find Youtube videos of similar sit-stand desk (Uplift) to assemble correctly. There are no pre-drilled holes to fix the control box. Once assembled, there was an error message ER1. There was no contact information (phone, email) for Zhu Chuang on Amazon or Google to get help to fix the issue. I finally fixed the issue myself by interchanging the leg cables. So while they advertize their warranty, customer service appears to be inexistant.Pros: Once correctly assembled, desk works well and looks great.
