Men's Comfort Click Genuine Leather Ratchet Dress Belt with Automatic Slide Buckle

I purchased one of these belts about a year ago, and it still looks new. I decided I needed a second one so I wouldn't have to move my belt when I slip on work pants for a few minutes in the middle of the day.To save on shipping, I got a third belt as a Christmas present.The belt is easy to assemble, and the ratchet system works well. I have no trouble putting it on or taking it off. I have had other adjustable belts that relied on pressure to set the length, and after a while the place where you use it the most gets smashed down and won't hold in place anymore. The ratchet won't do that.My one suggestion is that they could start the ratchet nubs closer to the end of the belt. The first nub is 4 inches from the end, which leaves you a lot of tail if you want to leave yourself some room to loosen the belt.I'm not big into fashion, but I do like the understated geometric lines of the buckle.

Very nice belt. Appears to be genuine leather. The ratchet system is amazing - it lets you adjust the belt in very small increments and locks in very securely. No slippage at all, and after two weeks of wear doesn't appear to have stretched even a little.The buckle is quite a surprise - at this price point, you'd assume that the metal would be cheap and thin, but it's not - the metal is thick, sturdy, and very heavy. It's clearly well made. I'm not sure how they charge $16 for these things and make any kind of a profit.The one and only con to this belt - and it's not a real con - is that the mechanism by which you loosen the belt again can be a bit fiddly until you learn it. It has a little catch at the bottom of the buckle that has to be pulled forward to release it. Once I figured it out, I haven't had any problems with it, but I'd practice a few times so that you aren't ending up ineffectually tugging on a belt that won't unbuckle in one of those life situations where you have to get your belt off pretty quickly.

Nice belt, does what its supposed to - ratchet buckle works well - no issues to report, I use it everyday this is my second one in a year now, not because it wore out but because of "long covid weight gain" Doc I swear it's not the cookies..- my best advice, be sure to leave some length to your leather don't cut to much off or like me a year later you need a new belt.

This is a belt where you trim the leather part to the right size and attach the buckle. It works by the buckle moving along a ratcheted surface in the back to lock in place. Easy to put on, take off, and adjust. Reasonable price.

Had this belt for nearly 4 years worn daily and it's just starting to warp out of shape. Still not peeling apart and now purchasing a new one only because of the warping is starting to get extreme but a solid belt that has lasted me years!

I purchased two of these belts. The first I wore daily and trimmed it with approximately 6-inches overlapping. As time passed, the belt tore through where the buckle clamps to the belt. I trimmed it off and the buckle tore through again in just a few weeks. I like the design and color of the buckles and really liked the fact you have a wide range on how loose or tight you wear the belt, but the belt seems to wear out quickly from the clamping of the buckle and also where I clip my phone case. The stitching unravels and breaks and then pulls free of the belt.Unfortunately, after the belt deteriorates to the point it is unusable, you cannot switch the buckle to a regular leather belt because of the clasping design. The buckle is designed to lock into a ribbed strip on the back of the belt.While this would be an excellent belt to wear occasionally, I do not find it durable enough to wear on a daily basis.

Should have looked at how the ratchet lever worked before putting the belt on…. Got a little awkward there for a minute. But I know that same lever will keep the pants up! Looks sharp too!

I really wasn't expecting the quality Mozeto puts into their belts. The buckle itself is very sturdy and the belt itself seems to not have any issue. The release on the buckles are very easy to work, yet rock solid. Once the belt locks in, it never loosens until you release the lever. Over the years I've purchased belts that cost 10, even 20x more than the Mozeto and the quality wasn't even half as good. I spent quite a bit on comparing and looking for a belt that will last. The Mozeto belts fit my bill. I will not even look for any other brand the next time I look for a belt. Straight to the Mozeto page I will go! Thanks for making a great quality product. There are cheaper priced belts out their, but you will probably get what you pay for. The value of the Mozeto belt is way beyond what you actually pay. You have definitely gained a loyal customer.
