Great little tool! Some of the polishing pads don’t hold up for very long but I was using them pretty hard. I’d say for regular surface polishing or sanding the pads should last quite a while. Good buy!

I like it! Purchased for sanding and polishing small areas in various repairs or refinishing automotive surfaces. Nice and efficient for tight areas. I don't like batteries, a pneumatic version is better for my needs. Very affordable, works well. The unit does not modulate airflow / rpm as well as I had hoped, however it is predictable. I purchased some accessories here for additional wet sanding and polishing needs with backup and interface pads. Together it works great!

I needed to do some sanding of small areas on my Jeep wheels during a brake system overhaul. The YouTube video I was using to learn about the process showed a similar sander to this one. Of course I searched the web for a product which would save me hours of hand sanding. I found this little sander. At first, I was concerned about the Velcro adhesive technique employed by the disks. Then, because I had also ordered a separate pack of disks, I realized that that was the norm for attaching and swapping out disks. After putting several drops of pneumatic tool oil in the connector hole and attaching the appropriate disk, I was "off to the races". The tool was great and I am pleased with my purchase. It is the tool for small sanding and polishing.

Works AWESOME. I restore 70’s muscle cars for a hobby, have done this for 40 years. This little tool has been absolutely 1 of the best purchases I made. I am able to work in tight spaces with it as well as larger open spaces. Product works very good and was a great value to me. Tip - buy bulk 3” sanding disks and change often to avoid filler buildup.

The tool itself does what it advertises. works well, though it does suck a lot of air - expect your compressor to cycle quite often unless you have a VERY large compressor. I am using it with a 31 gallon 1 1/2 hp setup and i have to take breaks to let my compressor catch up from time to time. The supplied polishing pads are garbage. last for about 20 min-hour at best and then seperate. The sanding disks are a useless collection - just one grit in each size, and each size is a different grit - 60 for the 2", 1000 for the 3" and i think the 1" were 90grit. Stars knocked off for the crappy supplies and high air consumption.

With several questionable reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect, but this sander is great so far. I purchased for woodworking and I have not encountered many of the issues that others have. - The sanding disks stay on the pad with no issues, but I run mine at 60psi and also turn the air flow down for slower rotation. - Many have reported trouble inserting the pin in the rotating assembly to change pads. It is a little challenging at times since there are two holes to align but it's not been a big issue. - The air hose fitting that was included fit the same quick disconnect that all my other tools use, with no leakage. -The only issue I've encountered is with the unit spitting oil on the wood. So I attached a cloth sleeve on the exhaust to absorb the oil when it is discharged. See photo. - I can't speak to quality of the included sanding disks since I bought another brand due to the grit numbers I needed. - I've been using the 1" and 2" backing pads. No issues after several hours of sanding. Really pleased with the unit at this point.

Owned for less then 6 months and used two times. On the third time it completely blew apart and useless now. Do not buy this tool

Decent quality for the price, just need to keep the oil topped up like an other air tool and make sure you have a compressor up to the job of running it

I use it for all kinds of work. Woodwork, 3D printer, bodywork on cars and so on. Handy little tool, easy to use. Good buy.

You won't regret buying this for all your projects.
