I've bought Blochs in the past for the flexibility and width and liked them a lot. In this case, I should have spent a little more money and stayed with Bloch, because these Sanshas are just terrible. There is some type of stiffener under the heel that extends past the heel and into the split sole, creating a sudden drop-off. After an hour or so, wow does that hurt. It feels as if you're standing on a ladder. I don't understand how anyone could manufacture and sell a shoe designed like this. You couldn't dance in them.Another complaint I have is that these shoes were offered in medium and wide widths, which is what I was looking for since I have wide feet. When I got them, though, they were labeled as mediums. With this pair, I ordered two others in different low-cost brands, and it was the same thing: I ordered wides, and got mediums. I suspect these outfits in reality make only one width.

Let me start out by saying that I have REALLY flat feet. Like, my arches touch flat on the floor when I stand barefoot. Despite that, these shoes gave me comfort and support, even after 6 hours of continuous wear! I've been dancing for 17 years, and have gone through pair after pair of shoes, but thought I would end up having to settle. I've never purchased any dancewear from the Sansha brand before, but a friend had recommended that I try these. I have NEVER found dance shoes as comfy as these are! They look great, and creat the illusion of a strong and beautiful arch in my foot, and they also fit absolutely perfectly- though Sansha sizes run differently than street shoe sizes. I wear a 9 or 9.5 in women's American sizes, and I ordered a 12 in these. I probably could've gotten away with an 11.5, but because of the fact that you can tighten the laces to provide additional support in various areas of your arch, It's no issue. I can point my toes fully while wearing these, and they truly feel like an extension of my foot rather than a clunky dance shoe. I doubt I'll ever buy another type of dance shoe after wearing these. Sansha Tutto Nero's have a customer for life. They're so perfect! I love these dance shoes - this is my third pair. However I am having trouble getting the size I want. Generally these shoes run about 1.5-2 sizes smaller than street shoes - I wear an 8.5 street shoe and a shoe marked 10 in these dance sneakers. I ordered a 10 from the drop down (it said 10 womens) and received a 12. So I ordered an 8 again from the dropdown (said 8 womens) and got a shoe marked size 7. So there is some confusion regarding ACTUAL marked size and corresponding size from the size choices.

I am very picky about ANY shoes fitting well I am a true 6.5 M in street shoes and I ordered these in an 8 M. I've worn them to Saturday Zumba class for five months now and they are wonderful. I love the arch support, the padding for jumping, and the ease in which I can do salsa twists and not hurt my knees. I have narrow heels and wide toes, duck feet, with high arches, and these shoes easily adjusted to fit me. I would like to wear these all day long, walking, hiking, they are that comfortable--but they're meant for a hardwood dance floor, and I only wish that they made these in other colors!

This is the second pair of Sanshas I have ordered, but both have been too big. I first ordered the Hi Step in an 8 because every one said to go up. I usually wear a 6.5-7 street shoe and the 8 fit about like an 8 street shoe. The 7 in the Tutto Nero also fit about like a 7 in a street shoe. If they had a 6.5, it would probably fit perfectly, but I guess I will have to look for something else. I sent these back, although if they had fit I would have kept them. They looked like a nice shoe and had good support in the arch while allowing for a great point. If they had fit, I would have rated it higher.

Everything was as described except, of course, the fit.Certainly there was a great deal of "fit" information" in the reviews. I read as many as I could, to hedge my bets...but my educated guess was wrong! (Suffice it to say they were too large )....but I'm not even going to add to the massive confusion by going into details. It seems as if they change the sizing prototypes every time they run a new production line so why add to the chaos?

I have a number of pairs of dance shoes in a variety of brands. This Sansha Tutto Nero dance sneaker is definitely one of the best. Good fit, with sufficient room in the toe box. Also like the support of this shoe as opposed to lower profile dance sneakers. (Although I prefer the lower profile look, my body appreciates the heel height, comfort and support of the Sansha Tutto Nero!) Point of reference for sizing: my street shoes are 7.5 and my athletic shoes are generally 8 or 8.5 depending on brand. I ordered this shoe in a size 10, which translates to 8.5. Good fit.

I would have really liked these dancing shoes, except that having a size 9.5 I ordered size 12 (as advised by the sizing conversion table) and when the shoes arrived, they were horribly tight. Hence one star off.When I tried to send them back for a replacement, they told me that since I purchased them on Amazon, they only do a refund and if I want a larger size pair I need to order anew (and pay the delivery charge once again). Hence another star off.Having said that, the material from which these shoes are made is great and they look really cool. Doing moonwalk in them is a breathe as they slide well even on wood, though my feet did hurt just after 10 minutes of dancing in these extremely tight shoes.Make sure to order the right size and you should be fine.

Perfect fit. Good we got this here... Because suddenly these dancing shoes seem to be nowhere.. Of course we had to pay the price for importing it.

The size chart is not accurate. It said size 7 Sansha ( 6M US Women's) is actually a size 7 not a 6M.
