Westmon Works St Joseph Statue for Selling Homes with Instruction Card and House Prayer Complete Set

I’ve used this statue to sell two houses in the past year. Mine and my mother’s. I’m not super devout but my mom is VERY faithful. We buried him as directed, and her house sold on the first day. Not only did it sell, but it was still technically off market and sold for more than asking. My house took a little longer for a variety of reasons I won’t go into here but I didn’t bury him right away. When I did, we got absolutely the perfect buyer for the house. We’d had some lowball developer offers previously but that’s not what we wanted for our historic home. I was very pleased with both results and recommend this to anyone who has a little faith. For us, we had absolutely the best situation happen in both sales. AND then found the perfect house to buy, by the way. We’d been shopping for months and months but nothing was just right. Once our house sold, a house came up on the market that ticked all the boxes and we won the bid even though we weren’t the highest offer. You just have to have Faith :)

Bought this for my daughter and her boyfriend when they were trying to sell their house. They did not have any luck for a month but once they got this with in a week they had a offer excepted it and sold the house.

Our hime was in the market 1 week with no traffic or showings. I received the St. Joseph figurine and had not even buried him and got a request for a showing within an hour!

We did end up selling our house after purchasing this, but wish it was more than a single color. Since it’s to be displayed in our new home, would be nicer for a more attractive piece.

On l’a achetée pour nous aider à vendre notre maison. Honnêtement, on ne sait pas si on y croit vraiment… mais on n’a pas pris de chance 😛 La statuette est toute petite, en plastique, et elle vient avec une prière simple et des instructions claires. Rien de compliqué : juste un petit rituel à faire. Est-ce que ça a aidé ? Aucune idée, mais on a vendu en deux mois, alors on a préféré la garder et l’installer sur notre foyer dans notre nouvelle demeure 😄

My husband thought I was nuts… but I bought St. Joseph anyways. Current House was sold in 14 days new home was confirmed 3 days later. Even in the snow and cold St. Joseph got to work and brought us the best of luck! Highly recommend, you just have to believe.
