I've always taken tablets without the K2 (Vitabiotics brand of Vitamin D3). I read up on the fact that you should be taking Vit D with K2 for better absorption so it's not in your arteries which D3 does by itself. The vitamins need to be distributed to the bones too.It's quite a light fruity flavour, it looks like Gaviscon but a watered down version. No side effects so think I'll be sticking to a liquid form from now on!

Tastes amazing, bottle is easy to use. I’m finding I’m having better sleep, I also take Magnesium so the power duo together!

So messy and difficult to accurately administer from the plastic bottle. Could do with a more convenient measure - something which attaches to the bottle.Find a better bottle or way to administer this.It's a little fuuuu to taste - needs a strong flavoured beverage. Seems to be absorbed well into the body.It's good stuff but I will go back to Solgar D3 oil drops until the taste and administration is improved in this product.

This stuff works although I cannot stand the taste of it whatsoever. Those of us with darker skin tones need higher levels of Vitamin D, I no longer get pains, aches, headaches etc.Thank you.

Okay

It was now the 2nd time I have ordered it and this one must have been spoiled du to wrong storage! The first one was a white liquid that smelled and tasted sweet, easy to take and swallow. This one was yellow, smelled rotted and had a zingy sour taste. It was sealed and no obvious damage at the package but I had to throw it away! (Besides it had have a black top and not white as the one before…)

Product is good but however carefully poured onto a spoon (the supplied plastic scoop thing is laughable), the bottle leaks a few drops...thats a waste of my money. Needs a look to fix the waste....
