I’ve been doing research about hypothyroidism because I’ve noticed my neck is pretty big and I’m not a big person. Let me just state some facts about me first. I'm 43 and work A LOT, terrible sleep schedule on top of this. I have been feeling pretty useless and hopeless for the past couple yrs. I've barely had energy to do even the every day things like cleaning house and have struggled immensely.
