Yes the cozy can show your jewels through the material, but so what.You're a man, what do you expect.The medium fit my 32" waist perfectly, and the drawstring is outside, meaning it doesn't catch your giblets.The padding parcel inside I removed as it gets in the way for me. Only worn once, but I swim twice weekly so will see what happens in terms of chlorine durability etc.. The sizing chart is accurate. I am 32" waste and 'L' fits nicely. The modesty pad is an interesting concept. It is comfortable but not sure 'modesty' is the correct word as the pad certainly boosts your package - thats got to be a positive though in most cases.

I bought these because I'm fed up of cold, dripping swimming shorts. I made a good decision. Because these fit better the wetness stays at body temperature. They dry quickly, too.I'm not thin (or fit) so was expecting to think I look awful in them. I am surprised by how flattering they are, actually.They fit very well - not tight, just form-fitting. Roomy enough for my shape.I'm very happy with these. I will buy more for my next holiday.

having tried many jammers and short jammers and having to return all due to being shall we say "a seasoned swimmer "my body shape was not suitable. I continued using my swim shorts but then came across these on amazon and ordered a pair. so glad I did,they are comfortable and the fit is good,being a 35/36 waist i ordered a Xlarge. will see how they last with the chlorine but see no reason as long as they are rinsed why they should'nt last.

Only used these once, however really nice fit, good material and fit well. There is a cup in the front to hide your man bulge, but enhances the look. The wife thought they were sexy, so bonus

I would just caution that these are not for shy people. The ‘pouch’ is particularly odd. Even without it they seem designed to emphasise what’s underneath. Fine if that’s what you want. But not really for me
