Expensive but very high quality!
I bought the Oral-B iO Ultimate Clean Toothbrush Heads for my electric toothbrush, and they work really well. The bristles feel soft, and they leave my teeth feeling very clean. The design seems to reach all the tricky spots. The only downside is that two replacement heads are quite expensive, obviously you can buy cheaper non branded ones but you just don’t get the same quality. That said, they seem durable, so guess I will just have to pay the extra for the quality.

They’re serious about the “gentle” in Gentle Care
I bought the Oral B iO toothbrush and used the “default” head that came with it for the first time and the sink was full of blood. I went to the dentist and he said there was nothing wrong I just had very delicate gums and toothbrush was probably too powerful or I was holding it down too hard. Bought the gentle care heads and they’ve been perfect. No bleeds and they really do feel gentle on the gums but also a very good clean. They feel very soft to the touch, the default head feels like stone compared to these. Perfect for people like me with more delicate gums who need that extra gentle brushing.

Healthy gums
I'm heavy handed with my brushing and end up making my gums sore and receed slightly. Using the gentle care brushes have stopped this completely!
