I was guided to the lotus tea products for its help with my coughing issues which seem to be from allergies and/or upper respiratory problems, and it does help a lot. But come to find that this tea helps incredibly as a sleep aid with its calming effects. For me it works way better than Sleepy Time Tea or Melatonin. A single bag cup of this works great before bed, but for some nights that I know I will need guaranteed sleep, I will dbl bag it for ensured deep restful sleep. 67 years old and healthy.
