It's... gigantic. But amazing, and seems like it's set to really change the game for me.
I have a lot of thoughts, but I have to start somewhere, so I'll start with this admittance: this thing is huge.I have a very small "knapsack" and I've been running back and forth between places. I'm in a metropolitan city, and I like to walk a lot, and work on my laptop in different coffee shops, restaurants, book stores, I walk to / from work, I have tons of tasks / errands to run. The fact, is that a book of this size is somewhat inconvenient for me (keep in mind I'm fully aware that there is a smaller book made by Clever Fox as well). But as I sit here, at the end of my first week using it... I'm filling it up. The section for notes is full. This last Thursday, I filled the whole thing. And as I get accustomed to the journal, I'm learning what I need to be filling in (for instance, tomorrow will mark the first day I'm using the daily "priorities" section). And I can't help but to think... if I only had just a "little bit" more space in the notes section, to write some more great notes from this self help book I'm reading. So what's my point here... I've always been a digital person, BECAUSE of the fact that I don't need to carry physical things around with me... which is very relevant with me, moreso than others, given how often I'm traveling. But yet here I am, not only buying something physical, but buying something huge. So for me to do that, you have to imagine that this product would offer value for me to consider doing that. And in my opinion, it does.I've done extensive research on all the other planners / books. In my opinion, none of them get it "exactly" right. Bullet Journal? Cool if you want to doodle / draw, but requires too much work to "set up" things. I want areas for creativity, but I strongly believe in structure. A lot of the other journals outright just do not support "habits" like this journal does. You can have up to 8 habits "per week", and they have a full daily tracker (M-T-W-T-F-S-S) table setup, so you can tick off the days for all the habits you've completed. Habits are such a large / crucial part of what I want to track. None of the other planners "really" get this right. Feel free to go research. All in all, this journal combines the best of the best concepts. This is the "pro" version, so it builds on the original planner's concepts even further... bigger notes area, support for one more habit, weekly "life balance to-do list", and more.I find myself being much more excited about my habits, taking notes, and it it's a totally different experience having the physical pages, rather than just jotting it in some digital file that has plain formatted and forgettable text that you can easily forget about, that has no structure around it.In my opinion, if you can stomach the size (if you'll only use this at home, or if you do a lot of traveling by car / plane, so that you don't have to stomach the weight of the book in your purse / backpack / hands, or other reasons), then this is the best book you can buy.... take it from someone who is very careful about traveling light. That being said, if all else fails, buy the normal version, as again, it just beats the pants off of anything else out there.

The most effective planner I have ever used.
VERY LONG REVIEW/OVERVIEW INCOMING.I have used a lot of planners in the past couple of years. Between undergraduate, graduate, & professional life, I've had a lot of very specific needs so finding a planner that works has been tough, so finding this planner was perfect. In this review, I will thoroughly outline the contents of the planner as well as provide some suggestions for how to use each area. For starters, I'd like to address the concerns expressed in lower star reviews.1) I've been heavily using this planner & carrying it with me to & from work for several months now & it has held up wonderfully without any sort of cover - however I can foresee some wear & tear, given my persona lifestyle. If you have children, inquisitive pets, or are significantly rough on your planners, I highly recommend buying a folio cover (Erin Condren has lovely ones) that will house it, as well as pens & lists or notebooks if needed, effectively keeping it in one place & providing an additionally barrier against wear & tear. This will prolong the life of your planner's physical structure.2) This planner is EXCEPTIONALLY self explanatory. You **do not** need the instructions on the card to use this planner by any means at all. HOWEVER, if you find you are more comfortable with using them & have difficulty reading the card, youtube has many wonderful resources for clever fox that are well presented, thorough, & even more in depth -- all without the difficulty potentially presented by smaller fonts or lost cards. Now, on to the content review:The first are, AWARENESS & SELF DISCOVERY is a wonderful touch, & I highly suggest you sit down & fill it out -- give it significant thought. I've found myself referring to it in further sections for guidance. This area contains questions regarding your personal vision, your core values, what are your passions/what brings you joy? what is your life's purpose? & also includes a nifty little area on what should I AVOID for a happier life? The facing page details DAILY RITUALS (gratitude, affirmations, personal reminders). Given the current climate surrounding self help & personal development (Marie Kondo, anyone?), this really speaks to me. Utilizing this section feels very useful for setting the tone of how you will utilize this planner. If you're just looking for a weekly appointment organizer, this is perhaps a bit excessive, but for a goal planner, habit tracker, or for those who are looking to ACTUALLY live their "new year, new you" resolutions, this is the perfect place to start.Next is the vision board. I used to find these very daunting, given I have the artistic abilities of an unripe watermelon, but once I discovered scrapbooking & planner stickers, I have realized this area is a wonderful place to visually outline your goals - big & small - for the year. For example, I have a large map sticker for my area with little "pins" in all the places I want to visit over the course of 2019, two large quotes that I want to make my motto for the year & incorporate more fully into my mindset, & a "top 3" sticker for listing the three bucket list items I absolutely WILL accomplish in 2019.The next page, to me, is terrifying. "What do I want my life to be like?" -- in 1, 5, 10, & 20 year increments, broken down to various categories to include health/fitness, career, relationships, finance, etc. I find this section absolutely should be done backwards (start at 20, work down to one so you can see what steps you need to take in the short term to reach long term), & beyond that, it is incredibly personal + involves a left of self honesty that I was expecting when I bought the planner so I could at least try & get my sh*t together. Refreshing, & also lends good perspective for planning moving forward.Next page: Your **one year** goals, broken down by the same area as above, with an additional area for outlining & giving your "big why". Next page: Your **three month** goals, + boxes for "why" & rewards if achieved. Opposite this page is a mind map, which I utilize similarly to my vision board, merely broken down to appropriate scale for my quarterly plans. Some resources suggestions for how to best utilize this section: UDEMY, personalexcellence.co, nerdfitness, marie kondo, sarah knight, UFYH/Unfuck Your Habitat, if you are truly struggling to fill this out cold-written/on your own.Onto the monthly layout. Monthly layouts are hit or miss, every time. CF's is pretty standard - with a twist. The notes sidebar on the left is a good size for general notes, or you can get stickers to cover it (Erin Condren's habit trackers & sidebar stickers work, etsy has tons of sidebar replacement custom stickers to cover the entire thing out of existence). Personally, I use small stickers (from honeyinked, on etsy) to break it down into categories for important things I need to do during the month (an overall mood note, typically something I'm concerned about/need to bring up to a psychiatrist), medication notes (dose increases, decreases, anything I have to take temporarily, important things to do/not do while on meds, etc), pet notes (vet visits upcoming, shots due, chewy.com orders, training sessions), reading goals, self care notes, & a section for my current class on UDEMY/what still needs to be done/started).Below all of this is a monthly goals section. You can just cold-list, or break it down into sections (school/work/personal, etc.). To the right you have a four-box set up for how you'll make this month great. If you're using the first section setup for the planner, refer to it! Reference short term goals & see what you can do this month to move you forward. For the actual monthly calendar itself, I tend to use washi tape to mark what days I work, MAMBI/happy planner mini day stickers (they take up two day boxes, if you have blanks) to list additional notes (shopping, errands, orders, etc), as well as other stickers or colored demarkations to note pay day, bills, & generally just outline the most important aspects of the month I'm not allowing myself to forget. A monthly review follows, which is another reason I highly highly recommend personalexcellence.co - anyone familiar with their 30 Day challenges will recognize the layout - there's a wheel for ranking the life categories you filled out back in section 1. Overall, the monthly section is good if you're set on consistency & personal development.Important note: the monthly sections are all BACK TO BACK, then the weekly section follows.Weekly:Monday - Sunday sections on the left, with small boxes to the right of the left page layout. Top goal, then three priorities. If you find you aren't using them, consider covering them with motivational quotes or pasting a to-do/shopping list over them to maximize space. The right page has a section for your main goal & reward, as well as areas for priorities & two sections for to-do lists. One of my very few peeves is that the to do list sections are pre-labeled with "work" & "personal." I don't have much reason for a work to-do list in this planner, so I tend to past over & re-label it. The habit tracker is wonderful to already have included, I can stop buying stickers (it's a real problem) to effectively include one & take up other much needed space. The LIFE BALANCE to do lists are wonderful - again, consider using them with section 1 for long term goal achievement. Finally, at the very back, you have dot grid paper. You can use this for lists, or additional vision boards. I personally use it for Day Zero project outlines, & various project planning. Because it's dot grid, you can also use it for bullet journaling needs.Overall, I find this planner to work EXCEPTIONALLY well for personal development, goal setting, & habit building. My only real "peeves" are I would love one more set of pages in the monthly area (to do lists that aren't week specific, but just generally need to be done or considered that month), as well as a little more flexibility in to do list labels on the weekly pages. Considering all of the pros of the planner, I can live with those minor detractors.

Look forward to 2019!!!
I've been using the smaller A5 version for 6 months now and love it. I've been hoping for them to make a PRO version and I was super excited when I got an e-mail from there mailing list and bought one right away. My very first thought receiving it was Clever Fox Weekly Planner on Steroids. I won't start using this until January but I thought I would go ahead and give my first impressions. The planner seems huge compared to the smaller version but I don't mind since I use it mostly at home anyway. It's going to be nice to have a bigger monthly calendar to look at and fill. I love that the planner is laid out basically the same way as the smaller weekly version but packed with some added features. This planner now has a place to put 3-month goals, work to do list, monthly reviews, things to be "excited about" in there weekly spread... just to name a few.Despite how great this planner seems I have three very minor complaints that I would like to point out. 1) The cover on the PRO version is a flimsy soft cover, while it still seems to be good quality I personally like the feel of the hardbound cover better. 2) I'm not a big fan of the stickers they offer in any of there planners (PRO is even worse) very few of them are useful to me. Since these are undated planners. I would love there to be stickers with the months of the year, holidays, payday, doctor, dentist, vet, these would seem way more useful. 3) The "How To Use" guide is very small. It would be more useful if you can actually see the examples pictures.

Clever Fox helped me *help myself*.
This is my first ever product review and I want to get this RIGHT, so I'll write the 'boring but necessary' bit first. This planner is larger than your average planner, yet it fits nicely in my backpack (about the same as UK A4 paper size). It's a thicker softback-type book. The pages are lovely and thick, high quality paper (important to me and anyone who appreciates a sharpie!) with TONS of writing space. The pocket on the back cover is thick too with a kind of fabric-y concertina (perfect to hold all my planner stickers, important documents, rogue post-it notes etc). My only 'grumble' is that unfortunately, the elastic on the cover to secure it shut pinged off fairly early in use. The thing is, I'm not marking you down for that, because I get to use a fancy bulldog clip instead! Finally, I picked the rose gold colour, and it is BEAUTIFUL. You have so many choices and I have earmarked the maroon one next...So anyway, now I'll fawn a bit.I don't mind telling you I've had a number of years (roughly 15) where, because of stuff, I have suffered a lot with depression, self-esteem, and I have been The Untidiest Human since I can remember. The medication I was on most recently played havoc with my short-term memory. I would never write things down, so as a result I was great at forgetting things (famously birthdays), setting appointments was a no-go and forget dates with mates and my husband! Basically, over the past year I started really helping myself and realising what I was putting myself through. Up until then, I didn't *want* to remember things. What was the point?I had tried for many years to journal in a regular old notebook, a fancy notebook, a napkin, on my laptop, in a week-to-2-pages format, ANYTHING to try and get everything out... and it never stuck. I lost motivation, I lost interest - again, what was the point? Until of course, in the most cheesy way possible, the Clever Fox Pro came about. I bought it in a bit of a Fancy Stationery Flurry because I wanted to treat myself and also see if this helped - I'd heard so many good things about it.First impressions: foxes are my most favourite animal so of course that was a selling point to me. I find comfort in shiny things and fancy stationery too - 2 more things on the list there! In the pocket at the back was a How-To Guide (I laughed at this at first - I can't even tell you how much I needed it to help me set it up and therefore commit!) and 3 sheets of lovely stickers.I took the time to sit down, read through the guide, and set it up. I flicked through the pages for the first time and was struck with the amount of space you got to write in. Then, I spied the 3 month goals page. The yearly goals page. The monthly review pages! THE SPACE AT THE BACK! This is exactly the kind of thing I needed and was overcome with joy (I cried slightly!) because finally, this is a planner that understands my needs. I'm a doodler, a scatterbrain, I leave notes everywhere and forget to put them somewhere safe - but now, I am thoroughly compelled to keep it altogether in my planner. It is now an act of self-care, and I get to look jazzy doing it.I am very fond of the goals sections for each day, the week, and the month. It helps you to check back half way through each time period and amend things, in case you started off like I usually do - full of enthusiasm - and run out of juice very fast. You check in with yourself every 3 months - your goals, your ideas, your needs - and it is eye-opening to see how fast we evolve our ideas as a result. Or, how soon we realise that some things Don't Work Out. It is a gentle friend who gives you a firm reminder every day. Do the things, track your progress. Every step is worth it.Armed with my shiny, rosy, sticker-filled, foxy planner, I have become List Queen. Princess of Neatness. Birthday Guru. Lady of Tracking How Much Water I Drink On A Daily Basis. And I feel BETTER.I love you Clever Fox. Thank you for helping me help myself.

Great product, doesn't get the love of the smaller ones from Clever Fox sadly.
The product is great, can't shy away from that. The quality of design and build is amazing, with good extras to match e.g. cloth pocket and three markers where you normally only get one or two. But... the paper isn't as bleed free as some sponsored reviewers will rave about on youtube - fountain pens, for example, are a no go. I also feel a little disappointed that this version doesn't get the love the smaller one does - there is no box to keep it neat and tidy and also the stickers are appalling in this version: very 'hey girly' style quotes, pictures of women (no men) and hard to read light pastels. Really stickers, if supplied, should be seen as integral and part of the product and appropriate for all genders. For this reason alone it loses a star.

Literally life changing
Wow wow wowThis journal is the best purchase I have made in 2020.Starting with the quality, the cover is thick , luxurious, soft and extremely hard wearing. It looks beautiful .The quality of the paper is exceptional. There are 3 separate page ribbons which is super useful and very needed. The elastic that holds the journal closed is of great quality , perfect size & very durable. The internal layout is perfect. . I’ve purchased many journals over the last few years And none have come close to the layout of this one .There is an opening section where you give a summary of yourself and your values , things to remember etc ...Then you progress to your goals , monthly, 3 monthly , a year and so on to 5There is a monthly and 3 monthly reviewPlenty of areas and ways to display information from our chart style logs to loads of space to write and plan.2 page spread to create a vision board .Space every review point to create mind maps to plan how to achieve and set goalsA daily/weekly planner . This allows you to plan your entire week. Set daily goals - personal and working. Set section for a personal and work life to do list. A habbit tracker section , to help you build and track new or current habits .Sections for working on your spiritual health, your social life , education and trying new things or things you have always wanted to do. The planner pages end with a review section of the week , and space to plan what you will change in your week ahead etc .Lastly is lots and lots and lots of dotted pages. This allows you to doddle, journal , plan , take notes . Anything you want really. Now personally - It is not an exaggeration to say this Journal has literally changed my life .The prompts and questions have helped me think about the time type of person I want to be and how to achieve it .I’ve used it to build habits such as meditation daily or a regular cleaning schedule in my home.I find that I’m more aware and present . I enjoy the now a lot more. I worry less .My mind is less busy (I have ADHD as an adult) because I’ve planned out my days and weeks etc ...I can now see when I’m coming off of track with my rituals , work and mental health and actually help myself before it turns into a huge nightmare I can’t get out of .Holding myself accountable has definitely motivated me more in my personal and work life .I couldn’t live without this journal or it’s awesome stickers now , and I don’t plan to ever try. Thanks to the guys who made this beast of a journal. You have really helped me retrain my mind and build better habits . You are awesome

Perfect to run my business and personal life.
I've bougth a lot of planners in my life and this is by far the best one. It's big enough to attach papers and notes. It's YOU focused and very practical. Use it everyday to run my business and meetings. It asks all the right questions and allows me to organize my mind. Glad I chose the bigger version. Despite giving more use to the weekly plan it also has a monthly plan and montly review. The paper is thick, resistant and recycled. The only thing I would probably change is the font size - unnecessarily big in some pages - disproportionate font size and text boxes for page size and space. Regardless: life changer. Loved it so much already ordered the Budget Planner.

Fully customizable, Extremely helpful in goal-setting, Professional
I can honestly say that this is the best planner I have ever had. It is divided into various sections: Awareness & Self Discovery, My Vision Board, General Life Planning (up to 20 years from now), 1-year Goals for 8 different areas of life, 3-moth goals (only once), Monthly Calendar + Monthly Review, Week Section and some blank, dotted pages at the end. It comes with an elastic band to keep the planner closed, three ribbons for marking specific place in your planner and a decent set of stickers along with the pocket at the end of the planner. You also get a short "How to" handbook, so if you are new to all of this, it is extremely helpful.I love setting goals and planning the whole year ahead so this is a wonderful tool that allows me to have everything in one place and I can keep an eye for my goals each time I open the planner, so helpful! The monthly review section is SO GREAT, there is a place for having a quick assessment of the week as well. Plenty of space for setting goals, habits planning, To-do lists etc. in both monthly and weekly sections. One of the greatest things about this planner is that is fully customizable. There are no dates nor months written so it is completely up to you. I'd rather divide my year in accordance with moon phases starting with the new moon and ending with the waning crescent because it feels like being closer to the natural rhythm of nature. With this planner, no problem, I can have my moon moths! Stickers are absolutely lovely and accurate for planing, so it is not a bunch of teddy bears but actual icons that might be helpful for planning meetings, dinners, appointments, parties, shopping etc. BTW, I love teddy bears, but I find most of the "planner" stickers to be too "girly" if you know what I mean. The only disadvantages are:1. There are not so many blank pages at the end, but you can easily add new with washi tapes.2. Some parts of the planner have already fallen apart (~two weeks of usage)
