This is a good product, easy to assembly and quite tall. The cover is a bonus as hides all the shoes. My previous shoe rack hung ion the back of the door and I wanted this to do the same. Unfortunately the weight of the shoes pulled the plastic rods apart so I had to thread twine through the sides to hold each shelf in place. Now hooked to back of door and works a treat. Very happy.

NO STARS AT ALL!Bought this flimsy coat rack. Oh boy, what a total disappointment! To begin with, all metal tubes are all thin and weak! The longest silver tube has a dent in the middle. And when assembled, I must wrap an elastic inside the plastic connector so that it won't slide down. When I placed three lightweight jacket, it collapsed immediately!!! What a waste!!!Next time you browse on this item, skip right away! It's not worth your money, time and effort!!!

A bit flimsy but it does the job and keeps all shoes in one place. Not very good quality but for the price it's ok.

rubbish item, not stable, as soon as you fill it with shoes it collapses, plastic holders break, poles keep coming out and levels fall down.

Fairly simple to put up once you got the right pieces. Sadly it's really flimsy and all the zips, ties and side pieces were faulty and broke or came off. It works for a simple temporary usage but not long term

It is not really sturdy however holds my shoes fine but have not taken items in and out much as not really going anyehere

Pleasantly surprised at the quality and sturdiness, is taller and wider than I had planned for, but it fits the bill perfectly and good value for money
