Good basic hub
This is a good hub that I'm using with my 2022 MacBook Pro. Nothing special, but I haven't had any problems with it. (Also used with my previous MBP, so I've been using it for two years now.)

Great for Mac users
I have a 2017 MacBook Pro with 4 Thunderbolt/USB C ports. Of course almost every peripheral I use is USB 2.0/3.0, so I have adapters everywhere and can never find one when I need it, or don’t have enough ports to plug in everything I want to use.So this USB C Hub from Flagtop is super handy to have around. I use it to connect a second monitor (HDMI port), an external mouse/keyboard (USB 2.0 ports), and the power cable (USB C port).I like that the USB 2.0/USB 3.0 ports have a little space between each one. This makes them usable even if you have a thick thumb drive or cable plugged in.I had to have the ports on my laptop replaced because they loosened up over time, so I like that I can reduce wear on the new ports by unplugging the hub to disconnect everything. The port runs warm. It’s hot to the touch; my desk feels warm underneath it.I do wish the cable for the hub was longer. If I have my laptop on a stand, the hub dangles from one of the ports. The cable is about 5.5 inches, and if I have several things plugged into it, I feel like that’s a lot of weight to have hanging off a single port on the side of my laptop.

Works Great in an iMac, Surface Pro 7 and iPad Pro!
Packaging: The FLAGTOP 7 in 1 USB C Hub came packaged in a cardboard box contained within a pasteboard sleeve it was easy to open once I cut the clear security stickers on each end of the sleeve that kept the box contained within the sleeve. The hub itself was also in a lightweight thin foam bag and there was a user manual included in the box.Details: The hub has a short cable with a USB-C connector on the right side of the hub I had a slot for TF Cards (Micro SD, Micro SDHC, Micro SDXC) and SD Cards (SD, SDHC, SDXC, MMC Micro, RS MMC) them on the left side there are 2-USB 2.0, 1-USB 3.0 and a HDMI port and finally on the end there is 1-USB C Power Distribution (PD) port. The hub is approximately 4-3/16 inches long, 1-3/8 inches wide and 7/16 inch tall. See the web order page to see if these replacement heads fit your model razor. I was able to try at least one card, USB drive or device and a HDMI device in each of the ports and I had no problems or issues in doing this or with any of the devices. Like any hub that has a high data transmission rate or used to charge through the power distribution port you are going to generate heat but the heat I experienced was not excessive. I had no way to test speed other than based on my experience using other cables and smaller hubs and this operated as well and most times better in every circumstance.Pros:Small size but not too small.Lay out of the device is sensible and the ports are not too close together.Fast data transfer rates.Worked with every card, drive cable or device I plugged onto it.Cons:In my situation and only in the case of the Surface Pro 7 I found the cord a bit short but that was only when using my device was in the upright position.Marked as: Made in ChinaFull Disclosure: Please know that I received the FLAGTOP 7 in 1 USB C Hub as a no-cost evaluation sample and as my name indicates I provide only my honest and unbiased opinion.

You ever need something that you didn't know you needed?
I had no idea how badly my life was missing this thing until I had it!! I use it with my phone, a Galaxy S9. It turns it into an all in one media/gaming/productivity center!! I can plug it into my phone's type c port, plug an hdmi cable into it to connect to my tv, plug a wired keyboard and mouse into the two usb 2 ports so I don't have to be bothered with the touchscreen...or use a bluetooth keyboard and mouse and plug in headphones and a microphone to those ports, plug a micro OR regular SD card in to play games or movies that I have saved to a place that's not my phone or its own micro SD card which ain't real easy to swap in and out, use the usb 3 port to transfer things from my laptop or other devices to/from my phone or to the card I put in this hub, AND keep the phone charged the whole time!! I don't know how or why I survived without something like this! Likely because I never knew it existed before! I'm actually doing this review in bed from my phone...with the hdmi cable connecting it to the tv I put in my ceiling, and a real mouse and keyboard attached so my dumb sausage fingers aren't typing everything BUT what I meant to on the touchscreen, all without having to hold my phone in front of my face waiting for me tho drop it on my head =)As one should expect, doing all that at once thru such a small thing does generate some heat. I'm not gonna take off a star for it, because it's a perfectly normal amout of heat given the number of things I have going on with it. Running any appreciable current thru anything generates heat. It gets warm, pretty really warm, but not too hot to touch or a fire risk. Honestly, I could see that being a feature in itself...handwarmer or heating pad or something lol =)If you can read this, that means you were at least thinking about getting it. You really should, thank me later ⭐❤️♾️

Functions Well, Minor Flaws
The only function of this I haven't tried is the full-size SD card slot, but everything else works as expected with my Chromebook. I was able to extend to a 4k monitor, all the USB ports are working nicely, and I connected my power adapter to the USB C PD port and it's kept my laptop powered up. The micro SD slot works fine. The only thing that I don't care for is that it's a bit warmer than I expected when plugged in. I don't mean that it's hot - it's warm, not hot. I don't think there's anything to worry about here, but I'm always a little worried when devices run warmer than I think they might.Something to like on this USB C Hub is that the case shell is lightweight aluminum (I think.) The ends are plastic, but most of the case is metal, which is something you don't always see in similar devices at this price. I suspect that might be a good feature when I pack it into my backpack.

Works well
Works fine but it's constantly saying that it's being disconnected when it isn't. It's a prompt that I've learned to just ignore but it happens all the time.

Buen producto
