I cannot tolerate iron that is not plant based. This is the only product I have found that is vegan.

These work great and I like the shell
There are two versions of this product - one with a “candy coating” which is my favorite, and the shell-less one. They both work very well and I can feel a MAJOR difference in my energy and wellness level when I don’t take it. Within a day!

Excellent delicious source of iron!
This liquid form of multiple nutrients and vitamins is an excellent source of iron and other deficient vitamins a person may have lacking in their body. There is a pleasant taste, and there’s no constipation associated with this. I highly recommend. I have not tried the tablets, but it doesn’t matter because I like the taste of this syrup. It has a fruity, berry taste to it.
