I want to try treadmill walking and stationary bike with weights.The 2 and 3 pound weights fit my fist perfectly. The 4 pound weights are a tad too big. The 5 pound weights are massive. The one pound weights are a little big for my hands. I wear a size small glove.I like the compact size. They get slippery with sweat, so I prefer to wear my weight lifting gloves while using these.Edit: I wanted to add that these are perfect for lifting weights while on the stationary bike. These weights really help make the stationary bike feel less grindy and more fun.Edit 2: I broke down and bought the one pound weights. The one pound weights are excellent for kickboxing HIIT workouts.Edit 3: These weights are great for any walking with weight workouts, especially Brian Syuki's workout videos.
