This is a fantastic blanket for summer, I am using this instead of a light comforter. Lightweight, soft, and comfortable. The oversized king is great since my husband rolls around and kicks all the blankets off the bed. The waffle texture is stylish too.

I am absolutely pleased with this blanket. It’s exactly what i needed and was looking for. cool and light weight but yet soft and cozy. It has really improved my sleeping conditions during these hot months. good quality. Thank you!

I have purchased several waffle blankets over the past 20 years. I have bought the most expensive to the least expensive, but this one tops them all. I purchased this during Amazon Prime days, July16-17, when I noticed it was close to half price. I am so pleased with the quality, comfort & beauty of this waffle blanket. I have never bought one as amazing as this one. It is great for summer because it is so light and so extremely soft! I removed my comforter and use this blanket as my spread! Last but not least the design is gorgeous!!

I sleep hot and like a cool room. Also like to be covered but with a bit more weight than a sheet. This 50/50 cotton/ bamboo blanket is super soft & light weight. The construction is different- little squares of fabric connected to a square of string fibers- see photos. This waffle effect is probably what makes it such a delight to sleep under. Forget having your cat or dog sleep on it! They’d tear it apart in no time. The blue color is beautiful! Haven’t washed it yet but due to its construction I’ll wash in cold water by itself and dry on a setting that’s not too hot. I have bamboo sheets that are also comfortable but wrinkle terribly. The trick is to pull them out of the dryer immediately and put them on the bed. So, we'll see if this blanket is the same. There were several strings dangling along the edges when I opened the package but the the blanket was not about to unravel. Amazon delivered overnight in plastic wrap.

We use this blanket on our bed along with bamboo cooling sheets because my wife is always too hot at night. The blanket is nice and I love the texture to it, thought that is likely because it reminds me of a blanket at my grandparents home as a child. It does have a very loose weave which could more easily snag small items like the clasp to a bracelet, but this isn't an issue for us. Most importantly this blanket has given my wife the coolest and most comfortable sleep she has had in years. I might be a smidge too cool but the look in my wife's eyes tells me that's of no consequence.

**JUST BUY IT**There is a reason there are so many positive reviews. :)I purchased one of these blankets roughly a year ago. Not only did it serve its intended purposes as a lightweight blanket should, but its durability is astoundingly superior to other blankets. It remains to be soft and has not faded or shrunk over time. As a result of its prolonged and consistent use, including durability after dozens of wash cycles, I just had to buy another one.One point of clarification for those who are looking for a "cooling" blanket.... This blanket does not cool me down because it has some magical powers; it's cooling in the sense that its lightweight and breathable.SIDE NOTE: I nearly always refuse to pay full price for things and have bought this blanket only when on sale. That being said, it's something that I probably would buy at full price if I just had to have it in that moment.

It works well as a light summer blanket. Keeps you comfy from cold AC but not meant to keep you warm. Just comfy. Holds well with washing and drying. Not too expensive so I recommend.

I knew from reading prior reviews that this was a thin blanket, but I was still a bit surprised at just how thin and lightweight this blanket is. It feels just a bit heavier than a sheet. That said, it is comfortable and I have not gotten too hot while sleeping. The blanket had a strong chemical odor, so I washed before using. I washed in cold & dried on the lowest setting, and there was a little shrinkage. (Instructions say to lay flat to dry, but I don’t have anyplace to lay a blanket that size flat to dry.) On initial washing, it was not colorfast. (I inadvertently left a pair of white shorts in the machine, and they turned beige.) The blanket is neither soft nor course, but it may soften with repeated washing. It did arrive in just its plastic wrapping with a mailing label stuck on. So, if purchasing as a gift it would be best to select Amazon packaging at checkout.

I love this 100% cotton blanket. It breaths very well so that I don’t sweat at night. The I replaced a synthetic blanket that was even thinner than this one, but it would make me sweat during the night. With this cotton blanket I sleep much better at night. I don’t like sleeping uncovered, but I hate sweating during the middle of the night, so I am very pleased with this blanket.The size is great for my twin XL bed, as there is plenty to cover the sides of the mattress during the day, while giving me plenty for rolling up in while sleeping.I love the darker blue color and the pattern is 3D and feels really nice and soft. Great purchase at a good price.

Does exactly what it says it will do. Keep warm and cool. Love it.
