The product arrived promptly and packaged nicely but I have noticed chips and one large crack on it. I'm now worried that it will break along this crack.***Update. Following my feedback the seller very kindly sent me a brand new Gua that I am incredibly pleased with. The customer service was top notch. I couldn't ask for better from this seller.

Love this took so much and came in great protective packaging which I actually kept it in to store it safely. However, I dropped this on to the floor once and it broke so be very careful with them as they are very delicate.

Great tool, really does release the stress you carry in your facial/neck muscles. It's so good I've even managed to get my two boys (8 and 11) using it!

Ich habe vor kurzem Gua Sha für mich entdeckt und habe gleich ein paar unterschiedliche Geräte bestellt.Dieser Stein ist wirklich toll, er ist ein bisschen dicker als die anderen, wirkt stabil und hochwertig. Er liegt super in der Hand und fühlt sich richtig gut an. Der Rosaton ist auch schön, eher hell mit einer dezenten Maserung. Bin sehr zufrieden.

Per chi è appassionato di skincare è davvero un "must have".Buon prodotto, robusto ma leggero, non è poroso quindi si può utilizzare con gli olii e non si rovina.Apprezzo molto anche il colore e lo stile, così come l'astuccio rosa abbinato.Ottimo, lo consiglio!

Benutze es jeden Abend nach meiner Skin Care Routine damit es nicht so trocken ist.Auch für den hals super entspannend. Ergebnisse konnte ich jetzt nach 2 Wochen noch nicht sehen. Aber bin sehr positiv.

Gua sha PERFETTO. I bordi sono curvi, nessuna imperfezione. Ne avevo usati già altri ma questo è davvero perfetto. Lo consiglio!!!!
