It works
After reading reviews, I was a little concerned about this product, however, I had no problem putting together, the poly lid didn't brake, gauge works, compresser not noisy, worked as expected. Packaging of motor oil could be better, it leaked during shipping . I would recommend.

Vacuum pot
This is exactly what I needed to make good resin castings. Works great

Vacuum pump did not come with oil.
I have no idea what kind of oil the vacuum pump takes. The instructions say to add oil, but there was none in the box. The hose clamps are garbage that stripped out upon tightening. I feel ripped off. Definitely will avoid this brand in the future.

Vacuum chamber
Boxes were damaged product is OK I guess. One part came broke simple fix but just should've sent a couple for that broken one. Vacuum pump worked but wasn't inspected like it said it was was leaking oil as soon as I poured it n turned it on. Pump in my opinion ain't worth it sucks.

Good value. Make sure there’s enough oil in the pump!
Arrived about 300cc short on oil. Pulled 16” of vacuum and stalled. I topped it off and now pulls 29”. It should ship with appropriate oil or your instructions should state to check this before use. Otherwise a good pump and chamber.

I received my vacuum chamber in good time and in good condition, I've not been able to test its as the sealing nut was missing from the assembly package, fortunately I was able to find a suitable replacement at the local hardware. More importantly I've had to purchase a separate 110V-220V convertor as the pump is 110V. This really should be stated in the listing. Also I see from the documentation that the pump manufacturers do make a 220V version - why not offer this as an alternate? Despite the hiccups, I'm looking forward to using this.
