Love this bible, beautiful illustrations.

I've had a few different bibles before and this is by far my best and favourite one, I've got so many compliments on this bible. It's so beautiful inside and the cover is so beautiful and such a nice leather. The writing is easy to read and i love the space for writing and the bible verses and quotes on some of the pages are full of colour making it such a fun and beautiful bible. Would recommend and buy again for myself or a gift for a friend.

I have an older copy of the NIV Beautiful Word Bible and was excited to see that an updated edition had been released. The main differences between the previous version and this one are the inclusion of 100 new verse illustrations, a larger font size (9.9-point), and a set of self-adhesive tabs that you can apply. The tabs come without instructions which is a little frustrating. It would be handy to have an indication of where to place them in order to ensure even application (other tabs often come with a ruler to help you position them neatly). The design of the tabs is lovely; each one is pastel coloured with black cursive. They do feel quite flimsy though, and after applying four or five I decided I preferred the look of the Bible without them, so I took them off. It was fairly easy to remove them without damaging the pages. The binding feels strong, and the dark brown leathersoft cover is beautiful. “Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever” is written in white upon a metallic rose gold background. Unfortunately my copy of the Beautiful Word Bible arrived with some slight staining on a selection of pages towards the back of the text. It looks like someone spilled something, but it isn’t too noticeable. It seems this might be a production issue, as the box didn’t appear to have been opened when it arrived, so I don’t think anyone had used it and returned it. I would have exchanged it, but it was out of stock by the time my copy arrived, and I like it too much to part with it! Overall a really nice edition of the Beautiful Word Bible, and one I’m sure I’ll treasure for many years to come.

I love this Bible version a lot! Especially helpful is the fact that Jesus’ words are colored in red. That and all the amazing designs & space for own thoughts + the Bible tabs simply made this Bible impress. So even with this high price I would definitely recommend & buy again! It’s worth it. We spend so much money on other things that are not as essential as a good Bible :)
