Quality buttercream with lovely taste
My go to buttercream for cakes and cupcakes! Much more stacks than supermarket icing

Makes decorating easy
Been using this for years. I personally don’t like the taste, it’s a little oily and flavourless. But my customers seem to like it. It’s easy to tailor to whatever colour/flavour you need it to be and as long as you have a really cold fridge or loads of time, it’s easy to use. I like it mainly because I’m not prepared to sift icing sugar etc so it definitely saves a lot of time and it lasts for ages. 1 tub can probably decorate 2 or 3 small cakes. It can be quite an arm work out if it’s been sitting in a cold room. It’s also quite smooth.

Faulty batch
I buy this product regularly & these 2 tubs were not of usual quality, very runny with small lumps in it? Not useable at all, am hoping it was just a faulty batch.
