It's a real heavy cooker. Have been using it almost on daily basis for the last about 4 months and without any complaint till now. Size is perfect for a family of 2-4 people. Bottom is real thick and cooks perfectly and evenly. The handles don't get hot. Overall a very good product

Best in market
I am writing this review after using the product for more than 3 years now and it feels like that I purchased this just yesterday. Guys I can bet you can't find a better cooker than this in market. It's a pleasure to own this product

This borosil cooker has been one of the best buy till date. It cooks very quickly and no issues with the gasket or the whistle. extremely easy to clean

Poor quality of manufacturing. The base has deformed within 6 months of purchase
Poor quality, horrible after sales service. Despite raising a service request via E mail , WhatsApp and by phone call to customer care, there is no corrective action even after 1 week and neither there is any communication about action being taken. They don't have any local service centre in a place like Mumbai which is surprising as I wonder what would happen to customers in smaller cities.
