It's good in taste but it is too sweet.

It's very delicious. The best part is that we can enjoy this as a complete meal. It becomes very handy when I don't have time to make food. Just mix with milk and enjoy this treat. I have also purchased this product before and I saw results in 1 month of regular use but don't entirely depend on this. Include regular exercise or walk to get the best results. Best to use as a dinner option!

I am using chocolate flavour, It is good in taste. It is a week now and i have replaced my one meal with it, waiting for its effect.But over all products is good so giving ***I will update this review after a week if it start showing effects

I have tried a few other shakes as well, and i have to say this one has the best taste. i'm not sure about the waste loss thing because i generally dont follow the proper instruction to replace meal instead of having this. I rather take it in place of say evening snack or late night snack if i'm feeling hungry. Also, i take 2 spoons instead of the mention 3 because it is a bit sweeter for my taste (for reference, i gerenally eat 72% dark chocolate and even 55% one also feels sweet). So overall i feel the sweet taste is a persnal thing for me, but overall i love the taste, i have ordered it a few times and love it everytime.

This is too much sweet in teast. I am not recommend it for weight lose. It has very high sugar
