Have slight odema/swelling in one leg has really helped to reduce it. I use the pillow mainly in bed, very comfy to use whilst sleeping. Yes bit bulky, but benefits outweigh that. Just take out of bed in morning and make bed as normal. I leave on top of bed at the bottom. Definitely recommend 👍🏻😁

It seems OK with the size but could do with been a little firmer for support..

Liked the comfort and so easy to rest my leg on my swollen leg as gone right down since using this had 2 cushions before leg used to slide off not got results like this

I have tried everything over the years to relieve lower back pain and finally this has been the answer so pleased with it. It especially helpful after a long day at work. I sleep with it, it's a little on the bulky side but I'd rather that than laying awake in pain.

This is a very short pillow - just up to the calfs. The rest of thr legs will be hanging in the air. Very uncomfortable, not what shown in the picture or description. My legs hurt after using this support, because half of the legs are hanging in the air and this way it puts lots of pressure on the calfs.

Can be used as leg support or back support sturdy and comfortable.

This is a good item , but i think.its about 3inchs too high.
