Works perfectly on cured meats
It takes a little bit of practice getting it on to something like a pork loin, but the results look great.I found that if I gather up the whole cut length of netting on my index and middle fingers, pull it open and have a helper push the pork loin into it while they pull down on the bottom netting then it only takes a few seconds to get a perfect wrap. The wonky one in the photo is my first try before I came up with this technique :-)

Hard to gauge size
Purchased so that I could sandwich two parts of turkey breast as one "roast", however even with small 4 pound - with bones - of meat, I could not get it inside this size 20 netting. Still useful for maybe pork tenderloin or something else, so not a total loss.

Excellent product
Excellent holding properties, clean without strange fraying pieces, and readily hold my netted charcuterie. The Sausage Maker is a great vendor with a huge selection of products needed for salumi and/or sausage and/or fermented cheese and/or vegetables.

Great for smoking Turkey Breast
I used this product to cook a boneless turkey breast on my grill. This is the perfect size for that item and it holds the product perfectly in place, creating a nice round football shape. I slap on some salt and pepper and smoke it to 150, then pull it off and let it rest for a bit. The netting pulls right off, leaving you with no mess, and a great presentation on the table. It makes you look like a professional...

Works great for pork butts
Use for smoking boneless pork butts from Costco. You have to stretch them out a bit but the tight net is great for when the pork shrinks in the smoker.

Just what I was looking for.
Perfect. My first attempt at dry curing meat was perfect except for when I placed into the meat slicer I had bits of butcher's string in every slice. Needed something to make the product look more presentable but w/o bits of butcher's string. TSM (size 16) did the trick. I have already made my second batch of dried cured (35 days away and counting) and I already know this is what I needed. Seller did everything they were to do, the product arrived in time, as described, and it was easy to use and this will really give my product the professional appearance and results I was missing initially. I'm a pro now! I'll be back seeking other misc. supplies as my expertise widens. Uncle Bob
