Q: I assume the answer is a no but would they fit a size 60 waist?

I ordered this item two years ago and have a 52-54 waist: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00O2UCPBQ As you see they are the same lovely pants from the picture. They were not very wearable and i ended up giving them away.... which is a shame, as i loved the colors.

Q: How about inseam? I am 6'6", about 36" inseam. Are they long enough? Or would they be highwaters?

It might be high waters for you...however the waist will fit a wide range.

Q: Would these be too long for someone who is 5' 1" ?

One way or another these type pants will fit almost anybody's body shape size etc... I have long legs(34" inseam) and the pants are just at /below mid calf on me..and of course you can always roll the cuffs and/or do a quick cut n hem.. these are very "dressy casual.pants. 2 steps above sweats.

These are oversized, will fit almost anyone no matter their size and you wrap and tie to fit the waist.
