Nice Look and Quality Feel
I love this case for my Galaxy Note 9. Easy to install, looks super nice, and feels like great quality. It is very bulky for those who do not like that, but I like bulky cases myself. It measures 3 3/8" wide by 7" length and 9/16" thick outside diameter. The screen protector is great, no bubbly looking spots like others with built in screen protectors. This case has very easy access to the S Pen, as well as the Charge and AUX port. The fingerprint scanner works perfect, as well as the iris scanner and cameras. The speakers are muffled just a little bit, but I can still hear everything perfect. The biggest thing for me is that there is no dust, dirt, lent, or anything else getting all inside of the speakers, S Pen, Charge Port, etc. That was my problem with other cases, where I work everyday is pretty dusty. I have not dropped it on the ground or in water, hopefully I never do. But it seems very durable and appears to be sealed up pretty nice when I put together. I would 100% recommend.

Performance and durability with style
This case is awesome it's the first phone case with a built-in screen protector that I didn't have to take off. There's no air bubbles in between the screen protector in the phone and it looks crisp and clean like it's not even on there. The fingerprint function works fine with this case on as well as the other sensor. I also have a glass screen protector on my phone and the touch response is still great. The only con is that you lose a little bit of volume on the speakers in the sounds a little muffled but this can be fixed my opening the USB flap and the Note pen flap on the bottom of the case. When you talk on the phone the volume to hear contact isn't as loud but loud enough. Overall this is an amazing case Noah definitely recommend it!!

Great case for the money, but call sound is muffled
First thing I want to point out is this is a copy of many other cases, all with different brands. Spidercase is the same as Punkcase, just with a different brand printed on it.This case is pretty good for the money. The phone fits snug inside it. It has a gasket running around the entire edge that keeps water out. There are ports for the S-pen, the charging port, and the headphone jack, all of which seal with rubber. The most recent issue I've run into is the sound quality. When I have the phone on speaker, it uses the top and bottom microphones, which have no issues together. However, when I change to headset mode, and it uses just the bottom micrphone, it becomes muffled if my mouth is any further than an inch or two away from the bottom microphone port(between the charge port and S-pen cover, that little opening. I've confirmed there isn't any dirt in the port, and taken my phone out of the case while using high quality headphones to listen to myself on another phone, and it's definitely the case causing distortion.Aside from the microphone issue, the only other real issue I've had is with the fingerprint scanner. It isn't the same material as what's covering the camera lens, the flashlight, or the rest of the phone. It's a thin plastic, similar to cellophane, but softer/more flexible. I use my fingerprint scanner often, and without having any holes in the actual material, it does allow moisture through into the phone. I wash my case frequently and am always careful not to use pressure on the fingerprint reader, but it does allow moisture through the material, which tends to leave a bit of a residue on the phones fingerprint reader. It doesn't effect the reader, aside from when there's actual moisture on the reader, but works again after it's dried. The only other issue I've had was the reason I've purchased two of them. The power button stopped working randomly one day. It was as if the button had slipped off track and wasn't working anymore. Hasn't happened again with the new one, but that's something that happened. The case does work with my original 2018 Fast Wireless charger, though I do have to put the phone on it sideways to make it read, since the extra case at the bottom keeps it from being sat upright and still charging. It's an alright case for the $20 price. I used to get Lifeproof, but they had the charging port plastic breaking problem back in the earlier Galaxy series(S5, S6 and up) and had slowly gotten worse. They're pretty similar to Otterbox, which Lifeproof is owned by. I do like cases that are fully sealed, and would never go without one. I'd rather scratch up a $20 case than crack a several hundred dollar glass screen. Keeping them in a case like this, I've never once broken a phone, and I've had every Galaxy S series since the S3.

True waterproof case. Thick. So far, so good.
There is much to like about this case and some consideration for using a case like this:1. Dunked empty case in water and worked as intended. While the Note 9 is supposed to be waterproof up to 3 ft (1m) with its IP-68 compliance, not willing to test that on a phone that costs this much. Got this for use of phone around swimming pools and riding on boats, especially for those sometimes tricky transfer to an from a dingy for a trip I went on. Never fell in on accident, but this provided a good piece of mind.2. Thick plastic around the phone with rubber borders is a pro-con. Pro in that I feel the phone has good protection from all angles. A bit of a con that it is so thick. Cannot easily use with blutooth keyboard as it is just too thick for the holder slot. Kind of rest up against buttons on side when putting the phone in/on sideways.3. Thick plastic around borders makes it harder to wirelessly charge in cradle. Been placing phone on its side. No real biggy. However don't want to do wired charge as that would quickly wear out the thick port making the case watertight. It is a known tradeoff, so no stars taken off.4. Harder to plug things into this case as the access ports are kind of narrow / long. Some plugs still work well while thicker plugs don't. Known tradeoff for protection this case provides and hey we live in the wireless era anyway, so no stars taken off. I like having a phone with various ports as they do come in handy, but daily use I can get by with wireless charging and a wireless headset. As DeX has been a bit of a disappointment on the Note 9 for me so far (and I really had my hopes up), the last reason I had to wire in daily has not materialized.5. Something to really like about having an IP-68 complaint case and wireless everything to it is the ports and whole phone for that matter stay crude and scratch / other damage free for the most part. I have had phones in the past where this becomes a real issue. When you spend this much on a smartphone, one of the last things you want is the ports not working when you really need access to them and that being the reason for a replacement.
