Panasonic 25L Solo Microwave Oven
Good microwave oven for day-to-day reheating and light uses. Value for money. The LED indicators are very minimal and small in size and often one may forget to power off the unit. working well so far. No issues. Choice for the wattage selection gives added advantage.

- The Gold Standard for No-Nonsense Reheating & Defrosting
If you are looking for a microwave that actually does its job without any unnecessary fluff, the Panasonic 20L Solo (NN-ST26JMFDG) is the one to get. I spent a lot of time comparing this against LG and IFB, and honestly, for the price, this is the smartest buy. Why I chose this over the others: * Reliable Performance: Unlike some cheaper brands, the heating here is incredibly even. You don't get those 'cold spots' in your food. * Best-in-Class Defrosting: Panasonic knows what they're doing with their magnetrons. Defrosting meat or frozen snacks is gentle and doesn't 'cook' the edges. * Build Quality: It feels solid. The touch membrane is responsive, and the silver finish looks much more premium on the countertop than basic black plastic models. * Compact but Spacious: It easily fits a full-sized dinner plate (up to 10 inches) despite having a small footprint that doesn't hog the entire counter. The Pros: * 51 Auto Menus: Great if you occasionally want to do more than just reheat. * Easy to Clean: The interior wipes down very easily. * Energy Efficient: It doesn't seem to draw excessive power for simple tasks. The Cons: * The power cord is standard length (~1m), so make sure your socket is nearby. * As with all solo microwaves, it won't 'brown' your food (get an OTG or Convection if you want that). Verdict: For under ₹6,000, you are getting professional-grade tech from the brand that basically pioneered microwaves. It’s perfect for families who need a reliable machine for daily reheating and quick defrosting. Skip the 'budget' brands and go for this—it’s worth the extra few hundred rupees for the peace of mind.

⚠️ Misleading Product – Not for Baking or Pizza – Total Waste of Money Just a Heating Box
⭐ 1 Star – This is NOT for Baking! Completely Misleading Product – AVOID This Model I bought this Panasonic NN-ST310Q for ₹7199, expecting it to do what most people want a microwave for – baking, grilling, and heating. The listing showed "85 auto cook menus", claimed features like cooking pizza, cakes, cookies, etc., and nowhere did it clearly state that this is a solo microwave (no convection, no grill). ❌ What they don’t tell you upfront: This is NOT a convection microwave – you cannot bake pizza, cakes, biscuits, or garlic naan in this. It does not have a fan or grill heater, so anything you “cook” will be soft, soggy, or undercooked. The auto-cook menus are misleading – showing items like pizza or nankhatai, but these come out rubbery or steamed, not baked or crisp. Absolutely no browning or crispiness is possible with this model. 🛑 This is a clear manipulation of customers: First-time buyers like me won’t know the difference between solo and convection microwave unless clearly told. Brands use technical terms like “auto cook,” “defrost,” “power levels,” to confuse and mislead buyers. I trusted the brand and paid extra thinking I was getting a feature-rich microwave – but it’s a basic heating device, nothing more. When I contacted support and even checked with ChatGPT, I realized that this model cannot and will never bake properly, no matter what settings you use. ⚠️ My Experience: I only used it 3–4 times as I travel frequently. I tried to bake pizza – total failure. Today I tried nankhatai – it came out soft, not baked. Now I’m stuck with a product I don’t need, and Amazon only offers ₹500 in exchange. 💡 Honest Advice: Do NOT buy this model if your goal is to bake, grill, or cook anything crisp. If all you want is to reheat or defrost food, this is fine. But if you’re buying this thinking you’ll enjoy baking pizza, cookies, cakes — this will be a huge disappointment. I feel cheated, and I wish Amazon or Panasonic had written in bold: “This is a solo microwave – cannot be used for baking or grilling.” --- 📢 I’m posting this to help others make an informed decision. Please do your research — and know that for actual baking, you need a convection microwave or an OTG, not this misleading product.

Good purchase
Good product. The biggest drawback is the lack of clear lighting on the control panel which forces you to remember which button is which unless you are going to put the oven under a flashlight to be able to decipher the buttons
