The listing showed "85 auto cook menus", claimed features like cooking pizza, cakes, cookies, etc., and nowhere did it clearly state that this is a solo microwave (no convection, no grill). ❌ What they don’t tell you upfront: This is NOT a convection microwave – you cannot bake pizza, cakes, biscuits, or garlic naan in this. It does not have a fan or grill heater, so anything you “cook” will be soft, soggy, or undercooked. The auto-cook menus are misleading – showing items like pizza or nankhatai, but these come out rubbery or steamed, not baked or crisp. Absolutely no browning or crispiness is possible with this model. 🛑 This is a clear manipulation of customers: First-time buyers like me won’t know the difference between solo and convection microwave unless clearly told. Brands use technical terms like “auto cook,” “defrost,” “power levels,” to confuse and mislead buyers. Good product. The biggest drawback is the lack of clear lighting on the control panel which forces you to remember which button is which unless you are going to put the oven under a flashlight to be able to decipher the buttons
