Work's at a good value
Had a guy in a vitamin muscle store suggests this to me as a supplement I should be taking. I take one everyday with other supplements. I think it's helped me lose weight and build muscle. Who knows.? But I think this might be the thing that's doing it.

I take 2 capsules about 30 minutes before I do cardio, because the body needs L-Carnitine to burn body fat for energy. This seems to be a decent brand/product. Haven’t experienced any negative side affects. Good price from Amazon!

It WORKS
L-carnitine does not cause an upset stomach, and I have not experienced any other side effects. I believe it does enhance my metabolism and increases my energy level.

Do your research.
After using this for a few months, I found that I had swollen hands in the morning. Dizziness, headaches, heart palpitations, and just a general feeling of fatigue. After stopping after a week, although symptoms went away.
