Well written with excellent research. A must for every Napoleonic reader

Thiis book was SOOOOOOOO small. about 5x8 and mini printing. I couldnt even read it and tosse it aside.

Placed in the context of the age, Austerlitz is described thoroughly. Map material is consistent with descriptions in the text (as is not always the case in military studies!!). Readable and interesting study.

love the battle story series. Can carry 10 battles around with me. reading Rorkes drift at present and Waterloo, have boswoth to read later.

I found this book a bit hard to get into first, mainly because of the difficulty reading the maps, but eventually it all came together and I enjoyed the summarization of the peninsula campaigns and Waterloo yup, a good book..
