good toilet had to change review. toilet is great . it work the way it need to. wish i could have got the black. but it was hard to get. in all a great toilet.

I bought this toilet as part of an experiment. I've used Toto toilets for over a decade, but their pricing now is just hard to justify so I went in search of alternatives for a new home I bought end of last Summer.I bought this toilet to "bake it off" so to speak with a Woodbridge toilet too; both lower-priced alternatives with comparable features to a Toto NeoRest.The Woodbridge model I also bought is here:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B087DCCLVG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1Got them both shipped and had local plumbers install both.From the get-go, the Trone had issues. In this case, the LED screen and toilet functions didn't work when installed and plugged in. I contacted trone support and they walked me thru a set of debug actions, but there was no joy. The toilet wouldn't function, so they sent me out a return box into which I had to disassemble and place the installed Trone. PITA, to say the least.As to the Woodbridge, we installed it, set it up and it just worked. Flawlessly. Works as well (if not better in some ways) than the Toto does albeit at 4X-5X the price for the Woodbridge. After about 6 mos now, it's just solid. No issues, no surprises, just a pleasant bathroom experience. I'll buy these from now on versus the Totos.As for the Trone, 6 months in now and it's a daily awful surprise. Some days the toilet won't open when approached or when you use the kick-spot on the base.As well, the bidet sometimes just turns itself on, spraying water all around my bathroom.All of the female settings ceased operating from the remote within 1 month. Can't use them, they won't respond. Neither will many other settings and operations.It also makes noises, lots of them. Sometimes it's quite loud and scares my dogs into barking at it. It also flushes itself for no reason about 1-2 times per day.The bidet will sometimes get stuck in the deployed position and pushing it back in feels very wrong. It resists and it seems to me it's getting more troublesome all the time such that it will surely be unusable soon.Note: when I sent the product back, they didn't give me a new one, they "fixed" and resent the old one back out. I asked for a replacement, but no deal.If my experience is at all common, just buy the Woodbridge and be done with it. No man should grow to hate a toilet, but, alas, that's where I am.

I have never owned a heated seat before.I didn't really know what it would be like until I installed this toilet!Holy cow!I will never use a regular toilet seat ever again if I can avoid it! hahaGoing to the bathroom in the middle of the night or during winter. It really makes a difference to have a heated seat.The washing use on this toilet is great! You can adjust the pressure and temperature of the water. It is a very clean and healthy way to go. I use a tiny bit of toilet paper to dry off.Not near as much as I would use If I didn't have the Washlet!I am saving on toilet paper now! Going number 2 I am not sure how I didn't think about this before.It makes it so much easier to clean up and there is no mess after your sprayed off. Just a little bit of toilet paper to get the water off of you. The opening features on this is pretty cool.Flushing works great. I don't see a difference in the flush from this toilet compared to my other ones.I love the style of this toilet! It makes my bathroom look way better now. It doesn't look like a normal bathroom.The pricing is shocking for how many cool features this thing has.I give this toilet a 5 star. *****:)

Best of the best

I was very concerned about purchasing a product with so few reviews, but I've been pleasantly surprised. After 6 months of use, I can say that this is best toilet I've ever owned. All of the features worked extremely well after the toilet was properly configured using the remote. Given the price compared to similar Toto and Kohler models, this toilet is the best deal in the market!

I ordered replacement remotes for the Trone Tahum on July 6 2022, and it is now January 2023 and the remotes are not delivered yet, even though Plumberstock online shop shows that the remotes are in stock and ready to ship. The toilet itself is fabulous, but Plumberstock are not really good in delivering the replacement parts, my queries have been responded relatively quickly, but it is a fact that the remotes I ordered are not yet delievered and they would be no follow up from Plumberstock with shipment updates, it is your responsibility to be following up and be patient when the next likely shipment dates are communicated....

Spent a huge amount of time researching a complete bidet toilet. I made the right decision. Everything was just as described and wife thinks it was one of the best Christmas Presents ever...even though she was initially confused - until she started using it!

The toilet was pretty easy to install, similar to all the other toilets we’ve installed. We did have to have an electrician put in an outlet, but it was well worth it. We are still learning all the features we can use but we love how everything is heated. We did have a couple questions and customer support was very helpful. The rectangle shape of the toilet with no tank was what I was looking for in our bathroom remodel and we are happy we ordered this toilet. May order another one in the future for our other bathrooms.
