A/C leaks detection

Worth every penny!! (From a mechanic shop owner!!)
Trust me, it’s more than worth the price. I have bought 10 or 15 black lights at local auto parts stores and all of that even with the glasses trying to find one that you don’t have to be outside at 10 o’clock at night to find ac leaks. This thing is priced for a fraction of the ones you will buy in town and is 40 times as bright. I can see this black light in my shop with my lights on in my doors open still yet and still see it plain as day!!!

Used to find an oil leak.
I restore old cars. Assembling an engine sometimes results in gaskets that don't quite seal properly. I added an oil-based UV dye to the oil and after a drive got under the car to see where the oil was coming from. This sounds easy, but oil spreads and gets pushed around by wind. With this UV flashlight it was simple to see the offending area, cutting the guessing to zero. This is ruggedly made. I have no fear that it'll break if I drop it. Highly recommended. The UV dye is also on Amazon. Water-based for coolant, oil for engine and trans.

Battery doesn't seem to want to stay in place
It works as expected but the battery doesn't seem to want to stay in place sometimes. I have the lid closed and sometimes bumping it the wrong way lightly or moving at a weird angle will cause the light to turn off. Then I have to mess with the lid that also keeps the battery in place. It was a bit frustrating to use
