I love these! They may be a bit expensive but ...
I love these! They may be a bit expensive but they are very flavorful and natural. They are perfect if you live alone or are just making dinner for two of you. Shallot red wine and the peppercorn are my two favorites. Unlike a lot of prepared sauces these don't contain a lot of sodium. Most of them contain between 9 and 12% of your daily allotment of sodium. Each packet is enough to cover a large chicken breast, a good size plate of vegetables or pasta etc. You could even thin out the cream based sauces with a little bit of milk or broth. I did take off one star for the cost. But if I had to purchase all of the ingredients to make these sauces it would cost me far more and I enjoy having the variety to pick from.Note: When I purchased this shipping was free with $35 Amazon purchase.

Diverse sauces to amp up your weekday meals.
A great product! I really enjoy the mushroom sauce on chicken; by far my favorite. The Bearnaise and Shallot Red Wine are also excellent on rib-eye if you want to diverge from your typical steak flavors; I use them with cheaper rib-eyes not USDA Prime or Choice. I feel like the peppercorn is a touch overpowering. The Lemon & Dill is great on rainbow trout and the Hollandaise is serviceable on store bought salmon but not memorable. I think that an addition of another chicken paired with a different mushroom combination or an onion based steak sauce might be better substitute for the peppercorn and Hollandaise.

These sauces are terrific.
So far, out of this 6-pack, I have used the hollandaise, bearnaise, and lemon dill. These are so easy to heat and use, and the single-serving packages allow to customize a sauce for each person.Using the hollandaise sauce, I was able to make eggs benedict that rivaled any restaurant's version and it was still hot when we sat down to eat. The lemon-dill was perfect over grilled chicken. Bearnaise was delicious with some nice filet mignons. These would also work very well over vegetables. Highly receommend!

This is a great way to become familiar with these absolutely wonderful sauces! There is no 'packaged' taste to these. The hollandaise is the best you can order anywhere and is frankly better than any I have made at any time. The only hollandaise I have had anywhere that rivals it is the old Brennan's in New Orleans. The wine and shallots is memorable and the lemon dill hits all the right notes. If you are looking to find a 'got-to' sauce or just want a variety of small servings, you can't go wrong with Christian Potier.

Flavorful sauces
Delicious sauces. I tasted one of these sauces at a Whole Foods store once, loved it, returned for more, and discovered that they were not carrying it in the store. I'm so glad I found them online. Each portion is ample and I am able to stretch 3 portions to make a meal for 4 people. A great and tasty time-saver.

Convenient and tasty.
Good to have on hand in the pantry for a quick meal. The sauces are in sealed plastic bags. You are supposed to clip a corner and heat in the microwave. That would probably be fine. I prefer to heat them in a saucepan and doctor them up - and stretch them - a bit with butter, cream, wine sautéed mushrooms - whatever. I can't leave anything alone. It's still a lot quicker than making a sauce from scratch.

Love these sauces - everything in life has become more difficult since going gluten free, but these sauces taste amazing and are super simple
