However, considering the performance and build quality, this zester is definitely worth the extra money compared to others on the market. Plus, it’s dishwasher safe, which is a must for easy cleaning.If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to upgrade the protective sheath. Other than that, this lemon zester is a game-changer in my kitchen!

Each time I tried to zest a lemon, I struggled with a box grater and a small zester. Neither one of them were easy to use and getting any zest out of the box grater was a joke.Today this was delivered and I decided to finish the zesting I attempted when I ordered this. All I can say is WOW! This microplaner is amazing! It made this chore a breeze and I was finished in no time. The grater itself is sharp and very effective. It’s comfortable to hold and I like the feet on the bottom to help it stay steady. It’s lighweight and cleans easily. The plastic cover is perfect for storing in a drawer. Never again will I struggle with useless gadgets, this is perfect. I am very pleased with this microplaner and I highly recommend it. Now to go throw away that useless zester that’s a waste of space and time!

Cooking more meals that call for zesting citrus. Tried a box grater and it just made a mess. This was my first actual zester and I am so glad I bought it. Yes, the cutters are sharp and it "could" cut a knuckle or finger tip, but not if you are paying attention. First use, it took about 30 seconds to zest the entire lime. It was easy and added a LOT of flavor to the dish. It is sharp, solid, does a great job, and cleans easily under running water. I should have ordered one a long time ago.

This was highly rated by Cooks Illustrated/ America’s Test Kitchen so I took a chance. Very pleased with the quality and the ease of use. It will grate/zest lemons and oranges for a variety of flavor profiles. The YouTube chefs got me to get this tool. It was worth it. High quality and zests a lemon or lime in no time. Collects the zest in the back if you hold the citrus and pull the zester over it if you know what i mean instead of passing the citrus over the zester.

Excelente calidad, tengo poco tiempo utilizándolo pero tiene excelente filó para rallar y la calidad de materiales es muy buena, aún no se que tan durable es por el poco tiempo que tengo con el, pero tengo un rallador de verduras de la misma marca y tengo ya 5 años con el y ralla verduras como cuando recién lo compre, espero me dure igual

Ele não é um item necessariamente barato mas a qualidade compensa. Dá para ver que durará muito tempo e nos testes que fiz ele se mostrou muito afiado. Super recomendo!
