Will this fit the dewalt dwe575sb?

It should fit. It fits a dwe575. I assume the sb stands for safety brake. My saw does not have the safety brake, but I think the base plates of all 575 saws are the same.Gary J

What is the width and thickness of the dw3278 long portion?

5/8" X 1/8" and just because I measured it; working length 10 1/4", overall length 12"

Since it won't fit my dewalt dc390 (18v cordless), where can i find one that will fit? it's pretty elusive!
