My German Shepard mix puppy (currently 80 lbs) has been using this mat since she was about 6 months. She loves eating out of this mat! It slows her down, engages her, and gets excited when she sees that I’m about to use this mat to feed her. It holds about 2.5 cups of food, and there are lots of areas to hide the food.It’s not the most durable mat, and it’s not anti-slip. She had ripped some holes in the felt, but it’s still usable. If given the choice, I’d purchase this again for the price. There isn’t anything hard that she could hurt herself on if she chews it off, or anything that could hurt her face if she gets too excited. Overall, a safe feeding toy.

I decided my 8 mo puppy needed a little more mental stimulation so I purchased this product. I felt the price was fair given the number of different options on the mat. I just unpacked it and added a little kibble to see how Maisy would react. She has the exact same kibble in her food dish and is choosing to eat from the mat. It seems like a win to me!

We bought one right before winter to allow a place for a dogs to dig and sniff instead of destroying our throw pillows. Our smaller dog would take his time looking over every inch to make sure he gets everything, while our slightly bigger dog made it a contest to see how fast she can find every treat. It was really entertaining to watch them play with the mat.Unfortunately, recently our bigger dog discovered the anti-slip grip doesn't do anything she started picking it up and shaking it around to get all the treats to fall out. She even dragged it up the stairs and pushed it off the second floor to get everything out. Once she figured this out she lost interest in it. It's like the challenge is gone so she's done. Now she just plays with enrichment puzzles.Our smaller dog however, is still obsessed with the mat and will drag it over to me while I am working to let me know he wants to play. He hates the puzzles so this works out great. Each has their own thing.

This keeps my puppy so busy looking for her food & treats - I love it! I have washed it and it came out perfectly so I definitely give this a 5 star for rambunctious puppies!

Use daily! Takes about 10-15 min to eat. Great brain stimulation! He like eating from the mat way more than his bowl.

my 60 lb lab mix 1.5 y/o dog LOVES this thing! it take him 15 mins to eat instead of 30 sec now which is amazing. hes learning how to problem solve and it works his brain while just eating breakfast/dinner. i havent tried washing yet but will soon and will update then (:

Helps slow down meal time and engage my puppy in active sniffing for food and using his brain! Well made and perfect for its intended use.
