I can alot, especially in the fall. One of the things that has always been a hamper is that I use bar-b-que tongs to lower and lift my jars to and from the water bath. Not an easy thing at all. And not empty jars neither. Each jar was full of jam, jelly, pikliz, vegetables, or tomato juice as to give the Eeoyu Tongs a proper testing.And just to really test these Eeoyu Tongs out I submerged each jar in water in my 16-quart Mueller pot.Grip?
