I have very muscular thighs, they are 24 inches around, will the queen size fit???

I have no idea I don't even know how big mine are. But I do know that almost any thigh highs squeeze my thighs abs I hate how it looks lol and I'm like a size 10/12

They are very silky soft and comfortable and they feel quite well. I'm 63, 165lbs and 5' 1". The elastic that holds them in place on your thighs tends to roll down a bit.

What's the maximum size thigh the plus sized can fit?

I’m not sure get a cloth measuring tape and measure the circumference of your upper thigh then see if they fit I’m a 18 average (a real 18) and the 2xl I believe fit perfect

I'm 5'9 and have a 22 inch thigh circumference, should I get the regular or queen size? large size tights are almost always too small

I would say you should be fine with these but I'm not sure. I don't know the size of my thighs in inches, but I'm 5'6 255 lbs and they fit fine on mine. The only pair I've found so far that have.
