YEAH! This vise is easy to assemble and adjust for each rifle. The unit is made of sturdy plastic bits but uses metal where it counts (mounting rail, bolts and turnscrews) and soft where it contacts the firearm. It has 4 reinforced holes in the base to secure it to a workbench, but with its weight and that of the firearm, it stays in place as-is and doesn't tip over. Rifles are secured without much pressure by the two mar-free mounting pads and tensioning levers even without having to remove the rifle sling. The unit is handy for most cleaning, barrel-rodding and scope-LEVELING and MOUNTING. I believe it might be useful for bench bore-sighting at the range once you center the bull in the bore but never as a bench-rest for shooting of course. This vise helps avoid scratching up a fancy gunstock during necessary benchwork. A little silicone spray will facilite sliding the fixtures along the rail. Get one.

I was not looking to get a bench vise for gunsmithing purposes with the Tipton Best Gun Vise. It is very easily assembled and I wanted a second set of hands for cleaning or maybe mounting sights. The hardest part of using this tool for me has been to balance my open AR15 with the center support. It was simply remedied by marking the appropriate mounting locations for each gun. You can get some flex in the plastic if you clamp the vise too tightly over the stock, but it's not a bench vise and I don't believe it was ever intended to be one. I clean my guns each time after taking them out. This vise really makes cleaning much easier and quicker. I did purchase after reading the reviews with expectations that it is should perform like a hard-core bench vise. I am satisfied that it is not that. No dillusions about it. It is a support and an extra set of hands and p erforms this task admirably. I am very pleased with mine.

wow, how did I get by before? No more banging your weapon around trying to clean it. No more bumps and scrapes, no more holy cow did I just knock the zero off on my $46 walmart scope, no more.... Solvent won't hurt it, you won't hurt it, it can't be hurt. Padding to protect the firearms with wooden stocks is very high quality. While I realize it is not the cheapest thing to purchase, you will not regret it. It being plastic is deceiving. This thing is heavy. I haven't mounted it, haven't had a need to, but if you find yourself in need of that, it has molded holes in it already. I assure you will ask yourself the same question I did; How did I get by before!? Complaints - none This thing will adjust to dang near anything you can find to put in it. It works really well for those horrible, mean, ugly, "Asalt Gunz" too.... Buy the wheeler mag well vise block, although it's an extra $20 (not sure if Amazon has them, got mine from fleabay), it fits perfectly into the slots. Simply remove your rear take down pin, adjust the front rest to allow the hand guard to rest in it, clamp the stock in the rear, and it's broken down prefectly for cleaning. Even a lot of assembly can be done on this.

Let's start off by saying that it was in my in basket which is usually full. My wife tells me that she's going to give me a new credit card in to only use this one because it counts as flying flight mileage which I think is a load of maneuver but so he says I noticed you had a this gun rack and they're nice of you has taken a look and ceases want you going to get the gun rack and did slike man she's really into these points because I did not expect to get this this could this gun a holder. All right down to the fax it holds everything. It adjust to almost anything you want. Do I think the plastic is cheap yes I think they could have gone with a to more grade higher plastic. A thanks for the aluminum track because besides these screw bolts which do have decent thread are the only metal part, bummer. So far all I've done is really dismounted every weapon I have and see how easy it's a Fitz and adjust. So far it's Van tastic. One of my only concerns is that when you screw down the tighteners they pivot which in hindsight gives it more flexibility to hold on to different but stocks so it's probably a good idea. Tightening is odd because you have to turn your screws different ways. I'm such AOI don't know I have to count like I turned the right 1A full turn the left when a full turn at the same time than I count how many threads on eat side are showing so that I know it's in the middle and it rest properly. I know a little over the top is it worth the money yes would I buy it again yes do I think you should buy it yes do I think to a help you work on your guns yes so far as it helped me work on my guns know so far I've used it as just putting my rifles and it just so I can look at him in the gun stock and a my wife keeps saying where are you going to put this thing. Buy it it's A-blast

箱から取り出して組み立てて、使用しました。確かにプラスチック？樹脂？ なので軽いです。後ろの方で固定できますが力入れて極端に固定すると樹脂側が壊れるかなと思いました。軽めの固定でも水平測る等は出来ます。スコープもTipton使ってしましたが問題ないです。 射撃はダメですよ〜、当たり前ですが、四隅で固定できるようになってますが何か台があれびそれに固定して使うやり方もあるかと思います。通常は普通に使えます。
